Research On The Current Situation And Improvement Strategy Of Public Service Ability Of T City Archives

In 2021,there are two things will have a significant impact on the development of public service of archives in China,one is the implementation of the Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China,and the other is the introduction of the development plan of national archives in the 14th Five-year Plan.From the perspective of legal norms and work planning,they highlight the important role of archival public service in the process of actively building a "service-oriented government" in China,and make clear requirements for the development of archival public service in the new era.Archives at all levels in Our country are the important subjects of providing public service of archives.What is the status quo of their work and what are the problems that are worth paying attention to and thinking about.Taking the archives of T City as an example,this paper attempts to objectively and comprehensively analyze the status quo and existing problems of its public service ability by combining its own work practice and investigation and research results,and conducts targeted research on promotion strategies.Through field investigation in the archives of T City,this paper objectively discusses the working status of its collection archives in six aspects:content and structure construction,archives appraisal and opening,reception and access to archives,wechat official number of archives,archives information resource network and development of archives resources.Through comparative analysis and induction,the author thinks that the problems of the archives in the public service of archives are mainly reflected in four aspects:the construction of collection archives resources,archives work flow,archives information construction and archives culture.At the same time,in view of the current situation,this paper analyzes the causes from four perspectives of laws and regulations,archival awareness,performance of duties and government supervision.Finally,based on the domestic and foreign archives work conditions and the new requirements of my country’s archives work,the author believes that the improvement of the public service capacity of the archives in T City needs to make more efforts in four aspects,respectively is:setting up the public service and strengthening file consciousness,improve archives receiving,efforts in the collection,identification,open improve informatization level of archives work,improve the system of archives work mechanism.
