| The sense of community belonging is a clear emotional connection between individuals and the area they live in,and is an indicator that can reflect the effectiveness of community governance and the results of community construction in a more intuitive way.However,in the process of building smart communities,although the governance mode of smart communities supplements manpower and improves the efficiency of governance to a certain extent,however,because the management mode,management philosophy,and lifestyle of smart communities are very different from traditional communities,if the relationship between online and offline governance is not well balanced,it will lead to the existence of blurred community identity of residents,weak community awareness,and This has a direct impact on the sense of belonging of community residents,which also puts forward new requirements for smart community governance.Therefore,this paper quantifies the sense of belonging of smart community residents into five indicators,such as organizational identity,sense of ownership,degree of community liking,degree of community attachment,and degree of community concern,to further understand the current situation of the sense of belonging of smart community in Harbin City,and after measurement,it is found that the sense of belonging of smart community residents in Harbin City is at a moderately slightly high level,therefore,after an in-depth understanding of the development line of research on the sense of belonging of smart community residents After that,we find out the influencing factors and explore the countermeasures to improve the sense of belonging of residents in smart communities,and provide theoretical support for the new community governance model.In order to find out the influencing factors of residents’ sense of belonging in smart communities,this paper firstly reads and organizes the literature on smart communities and sense of belonging in smart communities at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of belonging needs and the theory of community identity,and combined with the Mc Millan and Chavez model and the research of related scholars,a theoretical model of factors influencing the sense of belonging of residents in smart communities is constructed.Finally,this study obtained498 valid questionnaires by means of a questionnaire survey,and the model was validated by using SPSS software and structural equation analysis.It was concluded that personal attributes of residents have a significant influence on the sense of belonging of smart community residents,and factors such as interpersonal relationship,community satisfaction,resident participation,and progressive identity have a positive influence on the sense of belonging of smart community residents.Therefore,from the above variables affecting the sense of belonging of smart community residents,corresponding reasonable countermeasures are proposed. |
