Abstract/Summary:
In my country,with the acceleration of the aging process,the scale of human resources of younger elderly people continues to grow,but the stereotype and negative attitude of the society as a whole towards the elderly group makes the human resources of younger elderly people neglected and left idle.In order to implement the national strategy of actively responding to population aging,in 2021,the State Council promulgated the "14th Five-Year Plan for National Aging Development and Pension Service System",which proposes to guide the elderly to establish the concept of active health and lifelong development,and encourages the elderly to actively face elderly life plays a full role in social development.Empirical research on the reemployment and influencing factors of younger elderly people is conducive to improving the actual social participation rate of younger elderly people,realizing their own value,and improving their life satisfaction and quality of life.Based on the above background,under the framework of active aging,based on the current situation of reemployment of younger elderly people,with active aging theory,activity theory and empowerment theory as the theoretical basis,using literature analysis,regression analysis and other research methods,Conduct field research on the reemployment situation of younger elderly people in Shijiazhuang City,study the data through statistical analysis,and study in detail the factors that hinder the reemployment of younger elderly people.Based on this,specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.First,the existing theories of comprehensive scholars put forward research hypotheses,assuming that the influencing factors affecting the reemployment of younger elderly people in Shijiazhuang City are classified into demographic factors,intergenerational support factors,capital factors,incentive factors and environmental factors,so as to reflect the obstacles.Factors of re-employment willingness of younger elderly people.Second,survey the younger elderly in Shijiazhuang City through questionnaire survey,adopt descriptive analysis,cross analysis,regression analysis methods,use SPSS20.0 software to process,analyze and summarize the questionnaire data,and obtain the relationship between variables To explore the influencing factors of reemployment willingness of younger elderly people in Shijiazhuang City.Third,through the analysis of the factors that affect the reemployment willingness of younger elderly people,suggestions are provided for improving the re-employment of younger elderly people.The paper draws the following conclusions:First,research the status quo of oreemployment of younger elderly people in Shijiazhuang City from the perspective of personal characteristics,intergenerational support,capital,incentives and the environment.Other demographic variables other than the workplace before retirement have a significant impact on the reemployment of the young elderly;capital factors and intergenerational support factors have the most significant impact on the reemployment of the elderly.Second,combined with empirical analysis and research,put forward countermeasures to improve the current situation of reemployment of younger elderly people from different aspects:the elderly should establish a correct understanding,strive to improve their personal quality,and strengthen exercise to maintain their health.At the institutional level,it is necessary to build a collaborative mechanism for the reemployment of the elderly,increase the power of the younger elderly,and promote the reemployment willingness of the young and the elderly through "empowerment".In society,it is necessary to advocate the concept of reemployment for young and elderly people,to form a cultural atmosphere for the elderly to be active,and to create a social environment of independence,participation,dignity,care and self-realization.Improve the human resources market and management service system,attach importance to the development of education for the elderly,and bring together the actual strength to realize the national strategy of active aging.
