Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Shared Farms From The Perspective Of Standardization

With the deepening of the domestic Rural Revitalization Strategy,the emerging industry of shared farm integrating sharing economy and rural tourism came into being.At present,the development of domestic shared farms is still in its infancy,and its essence is a new form in the field of agriculture.Therefore,there are industry phenomena with different development quality and unclear standards.For such problems,domestic research and exploration are still relatively weak.This paper focuses on the problem that the standardized construction of shared farms is not in place.From the perspective of standardization,this paper analyzes the current development situation of shared farms in China,and puts forward relevant development suggestions in combination with the reality,so as to promote the vigorous development of shared farm industry,strive to promote the strategy of Rural Revitalization and achieve new results.This paper focuses on the subject of standardized construction of shared farms in China.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this research,expounds the relevant theories and concepts of standardized construction of shared farms,and summarizes the operation mechanism and advantages of shared farms.Secondly,from the perspective of favorable conditions,internal advantages,disadvantages and deficiencies,this paper analyzes the current situation of the standardization construction of domestic shared farms,and formulates the standard system of shared farms in combination with the actual situation.Then,combined with the current situation of the standardization construction of shared farm,the standardization system of shared farm is determined through the process of consulting data,analyzing relevant policies,expert consultation and research.Then,through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,determine the index weight and evaluation score of the evaluation index system,and make a quantitative analysis on the current situation of the standardization construction of shared farms in China combined with the evaluation results.Finally,according to the above quantitative analysis results,combined with the current domestic development reality of shared farms,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the standardized construction of shared farms from the perspectives of the government,operators and employees.This paper has the following innovations: first,the current domestic research on shared farms focuses more on the operation mechanism,land circulation,income distribution and so on,and there are few precedents to study the development of shared farms from the perspective of standardization;Starting from the perspective of standardization,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the standardization construction of shared farms in China,so as to provide strong support for standardizing the development quality of the industry.Second,this paper explores the establishment of an evaluation system for the standardization construction of shared farms,analyzes the standardization construction of shared farms in China by means of qualitative and quantitative research,further increases the accuracy of the evaluation of the standardization construction of shared farms,and lays the foundation for putting forward relevant suggestions for the standardization construction of shared farms.In the subsequent research,we will strengthen the analysis and demonstration of examples,effectively enhance the academic and scientific nature of the research,further consolidate the research results of the standardization of shared farms,continue to provide ideas and measures for the standardization construction of shared farms,and strive to contribute to the new achievements of the Rural Revitalization strategy.
