Study On The Path Of County Sages Participating In Rural Governance In The New Era

The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation and build a moderately prosperous society in China.After the reform and opening up,China’s economy and society have been developed rapidly,and the level of urban-rural integration has been constantly improved.However,in this stage of development,the outflow of a large number of aspiring young people and elites has made the phenomenon of "hollowing out and aging" in rural areas more serious.Therefore,only by strengthening the main force of rural construction in the new era and retaining talents,grasping talents,giving full play to talents can we help to promote rural revitalization and development.Since the holding of the national talent work conference,China’s talent cause has embarked on a new journey,talents in all walks of life play a vital role in the development of in the economic,social,cultural and other affairs.First of all,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the No.1 document of the Central Committee of the CPC in recent 7 years as well as combined with the specific situation of the implementation of rural revitalization strategies in various places.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for county sages to participate in rural governance in the new era.Secondly,based on relevant research at home and abroad,from the perspectives of historical and cultural development,political and social development and economic development,the paper deeply discusses the issues related to county sages’ participation in rural governance in the new era.Thirdly,takes Fuqing City as a case to study,the paper introduces the situation of county sages in Fuqing city and their participation in rural governance.On the one hand,it focuses on the role positioning and role of county sages in rural governance,and further understands and defines the role of "county sages".On the other hand,combined with the research data,the paper focuses on the analysis of the path,effect,development dilemma and the causes of the dilemma of Fuqing county sages’ participation in rural governance,so as to provide guidance for the same type of rural governance,reduce the cost of exploring trial and error and increase the application of results.Through the participation of villainous in governance in some cities in China,representative cities are selected to summarize and draw lessons from the experience of villainous participation in rural governance,so as to further provide operable and extendible examples for rural development and play a leading role in demonstration and practical significance.Finally,combined with the research results,the paper puts forward four ways to optimize the participation of township elites in rural governance,so that county sages can become one of the multiple major force of rural governance,which may help to improve the rural autonomous organization and promote the harmonious and orderly development of rural economy,society and culture.In conclusion,the main contribution of three things: one is from the external factors and internal factors,and to define follow county sages,by analyzing the follow county sages role in the history of evolution and development,follow county sages’ contribution to the rural governance and new era,the masses to follow county sages groups have more solid and clear understanding,also let follow county sages group itself improve a sense of social responsibility;The second is to make a comprehensive analysis of the participation of county sages in rural governance in Fuqing city,using questionnaire survey and interview method,so that the case is more tactile and persuasive,which has certain reference value to promote the participation of county sages in rural governance;The third is to put forward the path of county sages participating in rural governance,from mechanism formulation,economic development,cultural inheritance to and the improvement of rural governance system and other aspects of optimizing the county sages to participate in rural governance path,clear point of view,operability,expand the theoretical understanding and practical application.
