| The development of the times has put forward new requirements for education.Our country has repeatedly emphasized the fundamental task of "cultivating people by virtue",and school moral education is shouldering an unprecedented task.As the basic unit of the implementation of school moral education,class moral education has also aroused widespread concern in academic circles.However,in reality,there are still many problems in class moral education management.Parents,as an important influencing factor of students’ moral development,have not been paid attention to,and home-school cooperation has not been carried out in class level.The research on parental participation in education or management has made great achievements abroad,but parental participation in China still needs to be developed.The research on how to guide parental participation to boost the effectiveness of class moral education management will help enrich the theory of parental participation in China,and also provide practical experience for the effective implementation of home-school cooperation at the class level.On the basis of consulting the research results in related fields at home and abroad,this study theoretically analyzes the necessity and feasibility of parental participation in class moral education management,It is pointed out that parents’ participation in current class moral education management is not only the requirement of the times,but also the policy basis,and it is also coordinated with theory.Summarized the contents,ways and means of parents’ participation.By using the empirical research method,taking QX Primary School as the investigation object,the school and school teachers,parents and students were observed and investigated to find out their overall situation and practical practices in the level of consciousness,action and effect of class moral education and parent participation.By understanding the current situation of class moral education management and parent participation in QX Primary School,the existing problems and related influencing factors of parent participation in class moral education management were analyzed,and finally the strategies are summarized through practical casesThe research shows that the school encourages parents to participate,but has not established the corresponding system;Teachers agree with parents’ participation,but their actions are insufficient;Students expect parents’ participation,but parents’ participation is insufficient;The present situation and problems of parents who are willing to participate but don’t know how to participate.The influencing factors are mainly due to external factors,including the imperfect parent participation system in China,the closed school management system,the influence of traditional concepts and educational concepts in China,the internal factors are mainly the traditional concepts affecting the awareness of parent participation,and the educational ability of parents affects the ability and effect of parents’ participation.Therefore,in view of these problems and the reasons behind them,and the use of case study methods,through the analysis of practical cases to propose targeted strategies: the school should take the lead to enhance the behavior of teachers to promote parental participation;class teachers and teachers should guide parents to participate,under certain parental participation principles and dimensions,establish the participation types and contents of different parents,and enrich the participation of parents,so that parents can participate in the whole process of class moral education management.Parents should take the initiative to improve their self-participation ability. |
