Since the 21 st century,the in-depth development of education reform has changed the competition of comprehensive national strength from the traditional productivity level competition to the talent competition.The development strategy of strengthening the country with talents further defines the importance of cultivating core literacy.In 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for senior high schools(2017 Edition),which formally established the core quality of Ideological and political discipline;In 2020,the Ministry of Education promulgated the ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for ordinary high schools(2017 edition and 2020 Revision Edition),which once again reaffirmed that the training goal of ordinary high schools is to further improve students’ comprehensive quality and strive to develop core literacy.The curriculum standard clearly stipulates that the ideological and political core literacy includes four aspects: political identity,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation,of which "political identity" is the first of the four core literacy.The implementation of political identity literacy as the core literacy of high school ideological and political discipline is of great significance to promote curriculum reform,and it is also the due meaning of the development of high school ideological and political curriculum.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is the concept definition and the value implication of the cultivation of high school students’ political identity literacy.Firstly,this paper clarifies the concepts of political identity and political identity literacy.Starting from a certain theoretical basis,this paper expounds the importance of cultivating high school students’ political identity literacy through the relationship between political identity literacy and four dimensions: Road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence.The second part takes two senior high school students in Tongliao City as the research object,according to the feedback results of the questionnaire,explores the achievements and problems of the cultivation of senior high school students’ political identity literacy in knowledge,emotion,meaning and behavior,and analyzes the causes of the existing problems.The third part is problem-oriented and actively explore the solution path.On the basis of the second part of the survey results,starting from the four basic structures of educators,educatees,educational intermediaries and educational environment,this paper tries to provide further feasible strategies for the cultivation of high school students’ political identity literacy.The fourth part,based on teaching practice,takes the seventh course of the third compulsory course of senior high school "eternal Chinese national spirit" as an example,implements the cultivation of senior high school students’ political identity literacy through a complete teaching design,and solidly promotes the ideological and political curriculum to go hand in hand with the ideological and political curriculum.
