Literature and culture are both national and global.With the formation and development of the pattern of global integration,cultural products of all nationalities and regions in the world have a broader platform for display and circulation.In a broad and diverse global cultural context,every citizen needs to have an open cultural vision,inclusive cultural mentality and dialectical cultural absorption ability,and be able to have equal dialogue,learn from each other and develop together in a multicultural system.As an important part of the national education system,Chinese education in middle school plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating and shaping students’ cultural concepts and humanistic quality.In particular,the foreign literary works in Chinese textbooks have opened a skylight for middle school students to understand the world.Foreign literary works are the image records of foreign social politics,economy,history,thought and culture.They are valuable materials to lead middle school students to understand the history and culture of various countries across time and space.As one of the indispensable text selection subsystems of Chinese teaching materials,the teaching of foreign literary works should bring students different artistic charm and psychological shock.However,the current teaching of foreign literary works in junior middle school lacks motivation and vitality.Teachers and students have formed relatively stable and solidified psychological expectations for the teaching and learning of foreign literary works.In the case of extremely limited selection of foreign literature in teaching materials,only relying on single intensive reading teaching can not meet the requirements of cultivating global consciousness in the multicultural context.Therefore,teachers can try to cooperate with the compilation concept of unified textbooks and try to adopt the emerging teaching mode of "1 + X" group text reading,and the combination of the two can produce richer teaching effects.In the reading teaching of "1 + X" group text,students will be exposed to more relevant reading materials "X" linked by text "1",or for example,explanation,transfer and so on.In such an open,practical and constructive teaching mode,students can have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the knowledge system,thinking mode,history and culture in foreign literary works,improve their ability to understand and appreciate foreign literary works,and gradually form the global consciousness and humanistic quality required by the times.Based on the above analysis,the author puts forward the specific implementation methods of "1 + X" group reading teaching of Chinese and foreign literary works in junior middle school.Based on the relatively mature research results of group text reading,combined with the special form of "1 + X" and the special teaching value of foreign literary works,this paper expounds the relevant operation steps and requirements.First of all,in the pre class instructional design stage,teachers can start from the following aspects.First,accurately grasp the basic point "1",and make it clear that "1" in this paper refers to a single foreign literary work in the textbook.Second,set topics scientifically.The topic is the direction or clue of "1 + X" group reading.In terms of setting topics,in addition to the common themes,genres,authors and other entry points of literary works,we should also consider the unique cultural and thinking values contained in "1" this foreign literary work,which reflects the uniqueness of foreign works.Third,teachers should broaden their horizons,enrich their knowledge reserves and have the ability to introduce appropriate "X".Fourth,reasonably set up the "1 + X" group text course type."1 + X" group text is a field with internal logical relationship and can produce chemical reaction,rather than a simple superposition of reading materials.Teachers should reasonably arrange the appearance order of "1" and "X" according to the teaching objectives and give full play to their respective teaching values.In classroom teaching,teachers should give full play to students’ initiative,exercise students’ high-order thinking through highly interactive problem design,form a well structured framework system in collective construction,and improve students’ reading ability,expression ability and cooperation ability.Finally,the author designs the evaluation scales of teachers and students from the perspective of teaching evaluation,so as to promote teachers and students’ continuous reflection and progress.The "1 + X" group reading teaching of Chinese and foreign literary works in junior middle school aims to promote the better teaching effect of foreign literary works,arouse the attention and interest of teachers and students in foreign literary works,and improve the ability to understand,appreciate and absorb foreign literature and culture.In the specific teaching practice,how to make this new reading teaching mode take root still needs the joint efforts of the majority of Chinese educators. |
