| With the reform and implementation of China’s college entrance examination policy,art candidates have become a group of college entrance examination students that can not be ignored.As a special group of teenagers,art candidates have many differences from ordinary culture candidates.They not only bear the pressure of double schoolwork,take into account the study of culture and professional courses,and their mentality fluctuates,but also have a strong sense of marginalization due to the uncertainty of their collective,Weak collective concept;Influenced by art and culture,they pursue individual freedom and dislike bondage and preaching;Vague self-awareness and poor self-control have become the distinctive characteristics of art examination students,which determines that this group is more likely to encounter setbacks and difficulties and fall into crisis.Therefore,improving the resilience level of art candidates is the key to helping them overcome setbacks and solve problems.The current situation of art candidates’ resilience,the factors that affect art candidates’ resilience level,and the direct social work intervention strategies to help them improve their resilience level are the main issues discussed in this study.Based on the theory of resilience from the perspective of advantage,this paper uses the research methods of participatory observation and semi-structured interview to collect objective and real first-hand data,consult,sort out and analyze relevant literature.Based on the difficulties and pressures faced by art candidates,combined with the theory of resilience,the art candidates’ resilience levels were divided into three types:high,medium and low,and their resilience was described in detail.condition.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the resistance level of art students in three dimensions:micro,meso and macro.The influences at the micro level include:personal characteristics of art candidates,including sense of purpose and motivation,self-esteem and autonomy,emotional regulation and problem-solving skills;family factors,including parental care,expectations and related support.The influences at the meso-level include:the school environment includes the teaching environment,campus atmosphere,teacher-student relationship,etc.,and the mutual influence of peer groups.The impact at the macro level is mainly the external social environment,including the management of off-campus training institutions,the control of the new crown epidemic and other uncontrollable factors.On this basis,it further analyzes and summarizes the protective factors and risk factors possessed by the general art examinee group,which lays a foundation for the discussion of the direct intervention strategy of social work.Finally,the two direct methods of social work,group work and case work,are discussed to intervene in art candidates’ strategies for improving their resilience.The group work mainly discusses five groups:self-cognition,goal setting,academic counseling,emotional management,and family resilience development.Strategies for activity development;casework mainly discusses strategies for removing labels,optimizing cognition,managing emotions,effectively solving problems,discovering resources,and enhancing social support.Strive to provide individualized and targeted services for art candidates,stimulate their potential for resilience development,improve their self-confidence,courage to face difficulties,and independent thinking ability,so that they can calmly cope with the college entrance examination and strengthen them.In the future,the adaptability to various environments will promote the improvement of art candidates’ resilience and help them achieve healthy growth and development. |
