| "Catering Service and Management" is a highly practical course,which belongs to the core course of the operation and management of star-rated hotels in secondary vocational schools.The hotel industry is developing rapidly,and putting forward new and higher requirements for talent needs.The practical training teaching model is backward,and it is not enough to cultivate talents that meet the requirements of current social development.The skills competition reflects the latest information of the industry and enterprises.Through the analysis of the problems in the course of "Catering Service and Management",from the perspective of Isaiah promotes learning,the path and measures of the teaching reform of catering training are proposed.This study uses questionnaire surveys,interviews,and hands-on practice to investigate the current situation of practical teaching,supplemented by the analysis and research on the relevant situation of the skill competition,and found the shortcomings in student performance,teacher teaching,training environment,performance evaluation and teaching goals.Afterwards,analyze the regulations of the competition,and summarize its effect on the reform of catering training and teaching.Therefore,with the help of the skill competition’s role in the reform of practical training and teaching.From the aspects of improving students’ interest and professional identity,improving the overall quality of the teaching staff,improving the catering training environment,carrying out diversified training and teaching evaluations and scientifically setting comprehensive training and teaching goals.From the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching methods,and assessments of the catering training courses,an optimized comparative analysis is carried out to provide references and suggestions for better realizing the promotion of learning by competition,perfecting the current deficiencies of training and teaching,and promoting teaching reform and practice. |
