Carrying out Sino foreign cooperative school running projects in general high schools can not only enable high school students to enjoy high-quality educational resources,but also lay a solid foundation for them to enter world-class universities.However,how to properly deal with the risk factors encountered in the Sino foreign cooperative school running project of general high school,reduce the adverse impact of the risk factors,and promote the healthy and orderly development of the Sino foreign cooperative school running project is a difficult problem for all educators.Based on this,this study adopts the literature research method and the interview survey method,taking the Sino foreign cooperative school running project of Zhengzhou general high schools as the research object,along the ideas from situation analysis to problem analysis,then to cause analysis,and then to countermeasure analysis,and combined with the basic principle of combining theory and practice,this paper makes an in-depth study on the risk management of Sino foreign cooperative school running projects in general high schools from three aspects.First of all,based on the analysis of Sino foreign cooperative school running projects in Zhengzhou general high schools,according to the different main body in project management and play a role in the operation of different sizes,the Sino foreign cooperation in running schools project is divided into three types: high school party dominant role in project management and operation,intermediaries(partner)dominant role in project management and operation,high school education with intermediaries(partner)equal role in the project management and operation.Combined with specific school cases,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the management and operation status of these three types of Sino foreign cooperative school running projects.Secondly,based on the project life cycle risk management theory,it deeply analyzes the possible risk factors of Sino foreign cooperative school running projects in Zhengzhou general high schools from seven aspects: ideological management risk,source of students management risk,curriculum management risk,teaching management risk,evaluation management risk,teachers management risk and emergency management risk.Thirdly,it analyzes the causes of these risk factors from the following three aspects: first,the particularity of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools implies the inevitable conflict of cultural values;Second,the openness of school running environment increases the difficulty of risk management;Third,the school management mechanism is not perfect and can not effectively deal with emergency risks.Finally,based on the risk identification and cause analysis of Sino foreign cooperative school running projects,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the risk management in Zhengzhou general high schools from seven aspects.First,in the ideological management: follow the integration of Chinese and Western school philosophy,cultivate students patriotic feelings;Second,in the source of students management: strengthen the management of admission links,improve the admission standards;Third,in the curriculum management: optimize the course setting,perfect the top-level design of the course system;Fourth,in the teaching management: give full play to the advantages of online teaching and build an international course promotion platform with Chinese characteristics;Fifth,in the evaluation management: strengthen the supervision and evaluation,and actively play the important role of the third party evaluation agencies;Sixth,in the management of teachers: improve teachers’ cultural identity,enhance teachers’ humanistic guidance;Seventh,in the emergency management: improve the conflict emergency management mechanism,enhance the ability to deal with risks.
