In recent years,China’s tire manufacturing industry has maintained rapid growth and good market prospects.However,China’s tire industry has a greater space for development at the same time,but also facing great challenges.How to improve their own innovation ability,constantly improve the technical level,in order to adapt to the technology development trend of the industry,to overcome the technical barriers and achieve considerable development is an urgent problem for every tire manufacturing enterprise to solve.As one of the most valuable human resources of the enterprise,the technical personnel of the tire enterprise is the key group to break through the technical barriers and innovate the development.With the vigorous development of enterprises,technical personnel are required to actively adjust their own status and make more contributions to the technological innovation of enterprises.The stability of the technical personnel team in tire enterprises can promote the development of technological innovation continuously and effectively.In this context,the technical personnel of tire enterprises have become more and more critical and important enterprise resources.In order to maintain advantages and innovative development in the fierce market competition,tire enterprises must try every means to attract and retain technical talents and reduce the brain drain.First of all,based on the literature review,the niche theory,enterprise niche,niche,the theory of talent flow,etc system,as the basis of research work,hope that through research based on the predecessors to niche theory in human resource management research,on the basis of research to improve the tire enterprise technical personnel to the ecological environment,reduce the loss,Stabilize the development of enterprises,and make great contribution to the strength of Chinese tire enterprises.Secondly,this thesis makes a theoretical analysis of the flow of technical personnel based on niche theory,analyzes the application practice of niche theory in talent flow,and analyzes the influencing factors of talent flow,so as to do a good job for the research questionnaire survey.Thirdly,this thesis takes Zhongce Rubber Group Co.,LTD as an example.Zhongce Rubber Group is currently the largest tire manufacturer in China,ranking 363 rd in the List of China’s Top 500 enterprises,and ranking 204 th in China’s manufacturing industry.In order to improve the market competitiveness,the company will continue to develop new high technology content,large market demand,green new products,but also the company will become a flag of the world tire enterprises.The rapid development of enterprises is inseparable from the professional support of enterprise technical personnel.How to stabilize technical personnel and reduce the flow of enterprises is an important issue.Finally,through a questionnaire survey of relevant technical personnel in Meridian Tire Research Institute of Zhongce Rubber Group,the factors influencing the flow of technical personnel in enterprises are studied.According to the data survey results and the ecological niche theory,the problems existing in the flow of technical personnel in Zhongce rubber enterprises are analyzed.And put forward the talent flow management strategy of Zhongce rubber enterprise from the perspective of "state" and "potential".By combining theoretical analysis with case study,this thesis reveals the existing risks and puts forward improvement measures when analyzing the flow intention of technical personnel in tire enterprises.
