A Research On Cooperative Strategies Between Social Workers And Volunteers From The Perspective Of Social Mutual Construction

At present,China’s social work services and voluntary services are developing rapidly under the background of building a perfect social governance system.Many kinds of literature are devoted to promoting research on the collaboration between social work service and voluntary service,aiming to integrate the strengths and advantages between them and better promote the development of social services.Based on the service practice of G village daycare center in Zengdu District,Suizhou city,the author participated in it.This thesis further analyzes the problems related to social work and voluntary service.Although the government of Suizhou in the elderly daycare services to explore the work of practice for many years.However,the number of social workers and volunteers in rural areas is still seriously lacking,and the training of social workers to volunteer teams is also insufficient.Based on the perspective of social mutual construction,this thesis takes the interaction between social workers and volunteers in G Village as the research object.In this study,the cooperation strategies between social workers and volunteers by using the participatory observation method and in-depth interview method in qualitative research methods.As two social service subjects,social workers and volunteers have made positive changes through mutual influence,making their cooperation in social service activities more and more tacit.This article aims to research mutual assistance and responsibility-sharing of social workers and volunteers in projects from the perspective of mutual construction and their perspective.Through observation and analysis of social work services and volunteer services in G village,this thesis interviewed 5 social workers and 10 volunteers and collected other information.This study summarizes the following three aspects: at the macro level,the cooperation between social workers and volunteers has some problems,such as an imperfect system and a lack of public awareness of their cooperation.Besides,there are also some problems at the intermediate level,such as the unclear cooperative relationship positioning and the lack of professional cooperation still exists.At the micro level,the problem between social workers and volunteers is lack of understanding and communication.Therefore,this thesis argues that it is necessary to further improve the support system related to promoting cooperation and improve social cognition.We need to strengthen professional training and enhance mutual communication and understanding.At the same time,we need to improve the long-term effectiveness of collaboration to increase the effective double-cycle between social workers and volunteers.
