| As the second language of geography,map plays an important role in geography teaching.The new round of geography curriculum reform emphasizes the cultivation of students’ geographical core literacy,which undoubtedly also puts forward higher requirements for students’ geographical map reading ability.The college entrance examination is the final evaluation of high school students’ learning achievements.In this context,in order to better help students effectively prepare for the new college entrance examination,but also in order to improve the level of geography teaching,this paper focuses on the new college entrance examination geography reading ability test characteristics,and put forward the corresponding teaching strategies.This paper analyzes the geographical examination papers of Zhejiang province and Shanghai from 2017 to 2021,as well as the geographical examination papers of Shandong province,Hainan Province,Beijing and Tianjin in 2020 and 2021,mainly from the perspective of the types of maps used and the ability of map reading.The analysis results show that: First in terms of map types,Zhejiang mainly examines,comprehensive figure and statistical figure,Shanghai to investigate statistical figure,schematic diagram and the composite chart is given priority to,the new college entrance examination geography exam is given priority to with figure test schematic diagram and the area,Tianjin comprehensive figure and landscape is given priority to,to investigate new geography exam in the college entrance examination to test schematic diagram of Shandong province and regional figure is given priority to,The geography examination paper of Hainan new college entrance examination mainly focuses on the schematic diagram and regional map.The new college entrance examination in Zhejiang province tests students’ comprehensive analysis ability,comparative analysis ability and spatial imagination ability.Shanghai geographic image mainly tests students’ comparative analysis ability,mathematical analysis ability and spatial imagination ability;In the second batch of new college entrance examination areas,the reading ability is the comparative analysis ability,followed by the comprehensive analysis ability,the least reading ability is the textual interpretation of the map ability.The characteristics of the map reading ability of the new college entrance examination geography examination are: the map reading ability of the new college entrance examination is more diversified,different types of map reading ability of different types of map reading ability of different regions.The above characteristics of the new college entrance examination of geography reading map ability put forward new requirements for high school geography classroom teaching.In terms of teaching strategies,senior high school geography teachers should use maps to carry out geography teaching;Guide the students to summarize the methods of reading pictures;Select maps for effective training;Attach importance to the cultivation of comprehensive analysis ability. |
