Study On The Security System Of Curriculum Ideological And Political Construction Of Secondary Vocational Schools In Panzhihua City

The guarantee system for the ideological and political construction of the curriculum in secondary vocational schools refers to the general term of various means to promote the implementation effect of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum in secondary vocational schools,mainly including four aspects:funding guarantee,system guarantee,teacher development mechanism and evaluation system.The research of the ideological and political security system of the curriculum is of great significance for adhering to the fundamental requirements of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,adhering to the people-oriented education policy,promoting the organic combination of value guidance and knowledge transfer,and realizing the development of the "connotation" of education.Based on the theory of collaborative management and the theory of new public management,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the security system of ideological and political construction in the curriculum of secondary vocational schools by using the method of literature research,and investigates the current situation of the security system of ideological and political construction in the curriculum of secondary vocational schools in Panzhihua City by means of questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that the problems in the security system of curriculum ideological and political construction of secondary vocational schools in Panzhihua City include insufficient funds,lack of school-based curriculum development,lack of rationality of collaborative management mechanism,lack of curriculum ideological and political awareness and ability of teachers,lack of feedback and correction mechanism of "curriculum ideological and political".The main reason is the deficiency of leadership management system,teacher development mechanism and feedback and correction mechanism.And then from the system guarantee,teacher development mechanism,optimization evaluation mechanism and other aspects of the solution.The main contribution of this paper is to enrich the academic research on the guarantee system of ideological and political construction of Secondary vocational school curriculum to a certain extent,in order to solve the problems existing in the teaching practice of ideological and political education,such as the system construction,the fund guarantee,the teaching staff and the teaching feedback correction mechanism,it has certain inspiration and reference function to the advancement of curriculum ideological and political construction in Panzhihua vocational schools,and provides a case study for the study of the guarantee system of curriculum ideological and political construction in vocational schools.
