In an era when countries around the world are committed to cultivating innovative talents,creator education has been widely noticed and promoted.Many schools and teachers are beginning to realise the importance of creative education for students’ innovative thinking and practical skills,and are actively seeking ways to cultivate innovative teaching methods.The SCS method is a teaching method proposed by Professor Fu Qian of Beijing Normal University,which consists of seven teaching sessions,each of which is clearly layered and progressive.The use of SCS in primary school IT teaching can promote the reform of traditional teaching methods,enrich the teaching methods of IT courses and provide new ideas for IT teaching.This study takes the students of Primary School A in Nanning City as the practice object and adopts various research methods such as quasi-experimental research to try to apply the SCS creator teaching method to the teaching of primary school IT courses,explore the teaching design suitable for primary school IT courses under the concept of creator education,construct a reasonable teaching model,and carry out teaching practice based on the proposed teaching model to explore its teaching effects in the hope of providing reference for the SCS creator teaching method.This study consists of the following parts:Firstly,according to the literature review,the current situation of the research on the creator teaching method is sorted out,the research questions are identified,the purpose,content and methods of this study are clarified,the core concepts related to the SCS creator teaching method are summarised and defined,and the relevant guiding theories are elaborated,which provides a solid theoretical foundation for the development and implementation of this study.Secondly,a pedagogical analysis is carried out before the teaching practice to discuss the necessity,feasibility and advantages of applying the SCS creator teaching method to primary school IT teaching.Based on the analysis of the teaching objects,teaching contents,teaching objectives and other learning situations,a teaching model based on the SCS creator teaching method is constructed and applied to the teaching design to prepare for the experimental teaching later on.Thirdly,taking Primary School A in Nanning as the research site,two classes of Year 6 students were taken as the teaching objects,the prepared teaching design was applied to classroom teaching,pre and post test experimental data,students’ works and questionnaires were collected for analysis,and their teaching effects were verified and the experimental results were summarised.Fourthly,this study is summarised to reflect on the shortcomings in the study and to look forward to the development of the SCS creative teaching method.According to the study,the final conclusion reached is that the use of the SCS creator teaching method in primary school IT teaching helps students to master their knowledge and skills,stimulates their creative potential and enhances the quality of their work creation and their interest in learning.Through the exploration of this study,it is hoped that the SCS Creative Teaching Method can be further promoted for the benefit of scholars and educators.
