Research On Group Work To Improve The Negotiation Ability Of Urban Community Volunteer

With the development of economy and the transformation of urban Community Governance,the contradictions and problems in grass-roots communities have become increasingly complex.The Party and the government attach great importance to the innovation of Community Governance.And community consultation precisely solves community problems through orderly and rational communication among multiple subjects,achieving the same result in grassroots community public affairs.Community consultation can effectively solve community problems and improve the level and effect of Community Governance.In the process of practice,the author found that the effectiveness of community consultation activities is very low,and the negotiation ability of relevant subjects is insufficient.Through the survey of community negotiation subjects in community T,it is found that some residents in the community have dual identities.On the one hand,they enjoy the results of Community Governance as community residents,and on the other hand,they have high enthusiasm for community public affairs as volunteers,and are the main participants in Community Governance.This group of volunteers is an important and main participant in community consultation.Therefore,social workers take this part of volunteers with dual identities as the research object,use the method of group work to participate in the training of their negotiation ability,improve the effectiveness of community consultation,and promote the development of Community Governance.Through the survey of community negotiation subjects in community T,it is found that some residents in the community have dual identities.On the one hand,they enjoy the results of Community Governance as community residents,and on the other hand,they have high enthusiasm for community public affairs as volunteers,and are the main participants in Community Governance.This group of volunteers is an important and main participant in community consultation.Therefore,social workers take this part of volunteers with dual identities as the research object,use the method of group work to participate in the training of their negotiation ability,improve the effectiveness of community consultation,and promote the development of Community Governance.Based on feedback from practical situations,a preliminary conclusion can be drawn that cultivating a sense of ownership in volunteer communities is beneficial for improving negotiation skills.Demand-oriented negotiation practices can effectively consolidate the effectiveness of group services,and the empowerment theory has applicability in the process of improving volunteer negotiation skills.And reflect on the practical process activities and the role positioning of social workers.There should be a wide range of rich topics in negotiation practice,and the role positioning of social workers should be adjusted in a timely manner during the practical process.
