A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Rural Study Tour Base Development Based On FsQCA

Study tour has been an important branch of tourism industry in China,is one of the important direction of transformation and upgrading.The study tour base is the carrier of the educational content of study activities and the guarantee for students to get educational development and study effects.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the development of rural study tour bases has an important strategic position in expanding the rural industrial chain,solving the employment of rural surplus labor,and promoting the integration of study tour and rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the factors influencing the development of rural study tour bases.In previous studies,scholars mostly take a certain group as a factor influencing the development of the base,and seldom analyze the reasons from the perspective of symbiosis and common interests in a histotypic way.Based on this,this paper compares the research progress of domestic and foreign literature on rural tourism,study tours,and rural study tour bases,uses symbiosis theory,stakeholder theory,and histories,sets classroom integration,study experiences,providing employment,increasing income,government support,enterprise operation,and village cadres’ ability as antecedent variables,and study participation as outcome variables,and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparison method(fsQCA)The influencing factors of the three dimensions of study students,villagers and study enterprises were analyzed,and the results of the study showed that(1)the linkage matching of the antecedent conditions produced an obvious grouping effect,which in turn led to the development of rural study tour bases showing grouping diversification of influencing factors.(2)The results of the influencing factors for the development of the rural study base in Meitian Lake do not depend on individual conditions,but rather on the combination of multiple antecedent conditions into different histories that work together.(3)Among the factors influencing the development of the base,the core factors of the study group and the villagers group are "classroom integration" and "improving the environment" respectively,while the enterprise group has no core factors,but the factors interact with each other.(4)The best grouping of factors influencing the development of rural study tour bases is government support*improvement of environment*classroom integration*provision of employment.In response to the above research and analysis results,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural study tour bases,such as improving facilities to improve the rural environment,promoting classroom integration through interactive study,promoting the development of study in collaboration with multiple parties,and optimizing the selection of the best grouping precisely.
