| In modern enterprise management,performance evaluation occupies a particularly important position.As an international education platform,J Group lacks competitiveness in the market due to the limitations of its industry characteristics and its own business problems.The enterprise hopes to position the development strategy in a scientific way,at the same time,focus on strengthening the transmission and execution of the strategy,and build a management culture centered on the realization of the strategy.Through the establishment of the performance evaluation system oriented by the strategic goal to enhance the enterprise employees’ awareness of competition and strategic service,promote the enterprise to achieve strategic development.This paper introduces the theory of strategic map and performance evaluation system.Firstly,the theoretical basis is collected by means of literature survey,so as to provide a theoretical basis for this research.Secondly,the basic situation of J Group is investigated by means of research,including its operation,human resources and performance evaluation,so as to have a comprehensive understanding of its operation.Then design the questionnaire,implement the questionnaire,and the information obtained by the questionnaire analysis and summary,to provide a basis for the question;Again,to J group strategy map drawing train of thought and method,value chain and SWOT analysis and strategic map process,for the subsequent group performance evaluation system based on the strategic map building performance evaluation system of research,the design of the index weight,group performance evaluation indicators such as the selection of work flow;Then,through the development of goals,the construction of ideas,detailed description of the construction process,in the process of the main selection of expert consultation and interview methods,and the performance evaluation system index weight is determined,for the enterprise to develop a strategic map based performance evaluation system;Finally,by implementing the performance evaluation system in practice,it mainly includes improving the organizational structure of the enterprise,constructing the real-time monitoring system of performance evaluation indicators,etc.,so as to create a good management environment for the development of the enterprise,and comprehensively estimating the implementation effect,confirming the feasibility and effectiveness of the performance evaluation system.The research in this paper is innovative in the process of J Group’s investigation,analysis,system construction and implementation effect evaluation,Performance evaluation system structure more perfect science,which can provide reference enterprises in the education industry. |
