The family is the initial and most important environment for children to grow up.Parents play an irreplaceable role in the growth of children.As the most important field of children’s life,the family has a very important impact on children.Parents dominate the family culture.The construction process determines the status quo of family culture.Whether family culture can be established effectively and completely depends to a large extent on the parents.When there is a lack of family culture,it will inevitably lead to some problems in the growth of children.In recent years,with the development of my country’s economy,more and more people choose to work in larger cities.This has led to the emergence of left-behind children as a group of children whose parents work in other places all year round and take a long time to return home.Once,most of these left-behind children were young,weak in self-control,and immature in ideological cognition.They lacked parental care,education and supervision during their stay,and their family culture was not very sound,which brought a lot of disadvantages to their growth.Impact.This research takes the first,third,and fifth grade students of X elementary school and their parents and caregivers as the research objects,and uses the interview method combined with the observation method to carry out a systematic study.The interview mainly investigated 9left-behind students,9 non-left-behind students,18 left-behind students’ parents and their caregivers,and 9 non-left-behind students’ parents.They learned about the current family culture of left-behind and non-left-behind children and summarized them.The status quo of family culture is analyzed to understand the impact of family culture differences on left-behind children.The research results obtained are as follows:(1)Most parents can achieve equality in family relations,but there are also “dominant” family relationships.Some parents of left-behind children neglect to create a family cultural atmosphere;(2)In daily behavioral norms The reward and punishment measures mainly include verbal criticism and corporal punishment.The rewards are divided into verbal praise and meeting the reasonable requirements of children.However,the left-behind families have weaker follow-up supervision and restraint on the behavioral norms;(3)Parents are engaged in behavioral culture The choice of culture in the transmission of cultural choices mainly includes three aspects: cultural behavior,entertainment behavior and sports behavior;(4)Left-behind children perform relatively poorly in life skills and have low behavioral awareness;(5)Left-behind children’s family material The foundation is relatively weak,and food consumption occupies a large proportion in the household consumption structure;Through combing the research results,this research finally came to the following conclusions:(1)The spiritual culture of left-behind families lacks positive value guidance,and the formation of children’s values lacks a solid foundation,which can easily cause bad emotional experience for left-behind children.At the same time,left-behind families have weak parent-child relationship and lack of effective emotional links,which makes children feel more lonely;(2)Left-behind family system and culture are not sound,The follow-up supervision and restraint of children’s behavioral norms is weak,and children with poor behavioral awareness lack good behaviors;(3)Parents of left-behind children lack good cultural transmission,and have a weaker cultural influence and academic influence on children.Children’s academic level is low;(4)The family material and cultural level of left-behind children is low.Parents neglect the cultivation of children’s interests and hobbies,which is not conducive to the overall development of children.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)School teachers should pay attention to the left-behind children in time,not only the children’s academic performance,but also the children’s mental health,and guide the children to grow up happily;(2)Teachers often communicate with the parents of the left-behind children,actively guide the parents to care for the children,and help the parents understand The importance of the family in children’s growth and establish a sound family culture;(3)Teachers guide children to integrate into the group and use peer relationships to help left-behind children reduce their inner loneliness;(4)Parents often communicate with schools to understand and care for children from multiple perspectives.The current situation of their lives and studies and timely make up;(5)Strengthen publicity and guidance,actively play the role of mass media,and enhance parents’ education awareness and education level.
