| In 2019,for the first time,Premier Li Keqiang raised the position of vocational education development as a national strategy in the government work report.The state has issued a series of documents and policies,made new arrangements for the establishment of vocational education standards and improvement of talent training quality,and launch specific requirements for the formulation(revision)of professional talent training programs in secondary vocational schools.At present,supply-side reforms and industrial transformation and upgrading need high-skilled talents urgently.The state promotes the development of higher vocational education vigorously,which broadens the channels for secondary vocational students to further improve their academic qualifications and skills.Zigong Z Vocational School’s accounting major talent training program can no longer fully meet the requirements of social development on accounting talents.Therefore,the optimization of the training program for accounting majors in Z vocational school has become an urgent research topic at present.This paper adopts methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate and analyze the demand for talents in the accounting industry.This survey was carried out in 72 companies,383 graduates and students majoring in accounting from Zigong Z Secondary Vocational School,26 teachers and 15 higher vocational colleges.It is found that industry companies have demands for accounting talents in terms of their academic qualifications,qualification certificates,practical ability,and professional quality.Some small and micro enterprises prefer college graduates,so the employment situation of secondary vocational accounting graduates is not optimistic,and the corresponding employment rate is low;Z Secondary Vocational School’s accounting students are divided into two types: employment and advancement.The latter has aspirations for further studies and becomes the main body of students that have strong desires to enter the high schools.These accounting students have become the main sources of accounting majors in higher vocational colleges.The higher vocational colleges will focus on students’ learning habits,core abilities and competence.This paper uses text analysis to analyze the Z Secondary Vocational School’s accounting major training program and finds out that there are some problems in Z Secondary Vocational School’s current accounting major training program: the training target location is not precise in the training program,the expression of training specifications is vague and non-targeted,the career is single,and there is no elaboration on "graduation requirement".There are many unreasonable and imperfect aspects in the course setting and requirements,the system,structure,modules,time allocation,and teaching arrangement.This paper is based on the "Guiding Opinions of the Education Ministry on the Formulation and Implementation of Professional Talent Training Programs in Vocational Colleges",in accordance with the requirements of the "National Teaching Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools’ Accounting Majors",and with reference to the results of the survey on talent demands in the accounting industry.In terms of the existing training program problems of accounting majors in Z Secondary Vocational School,this research mainly optimizes the designs on the training objectives,specifications,career orientation,curriculum structure,curriculum modules,class time allocation,and teaching process of the accounting majors training program for secondary vocational schools.Finally,a talent classified training program based on three career directions was constructed to meet the dual needs of Z Secondary Vocational School’s accounting students for better employment and advancement to higher schools. |
