Along with the implementation and deepening of the new round of college entrance examination reform and new curriculum reform,students have more choices in college entrance examination subjects,and colleges and universities adopt more flexible recruitment methods.When students sign up for the college entrance examination,they have changed from choosing schools before choosing majors to choosing majors before choosing schools.On the other hand,these changes have forced senior high schools to put career education for students on the agenda.However,in the actual teaching work of the school,due to many limitations such as insufficient class hours and teachers’ different cognitive level,some teachers place emphasis on the education of subject theory content,and some neglect or even completely neglect the education of career planning for students.Under such educational background,students neither understand the basic connotation of career planning nor have the ability to make good use of the concept of career planning to help them make career planning.As a result,when filling in the form of college entrance examination wish,most of them will listen to their parents’ opinions and cannot choose their major direction according to their actual needs,which seriously hinders students’ future career and life development.Therefore,how to infiltrate career planning education into high school teaching is an urgent issue.The subject of Chinese is a discipline that combines practicality and humanity.Its practicality can affect students’ lifelong learning ability,while its humanity contains various elements needed for career education.Teachers shall integrate the contents of the text,explore the content of the text in depth,and carry out various forms of Chinese activities such as extracurricular reading and composition competitions,so that students can learn the connotation of Chinese knowledge,and guide students to know themselves correctly,set up correct values,outlook on life,world outlook and career planning goals,and comprehensively improve students’ comprehensive quality,thus laying a solid foundation for students’ study and future career development.At the same time,it is mentioned in “Senior High School Curriculum Plan(2017 Edition)”that the educational task of senior high schools in China is to promote students’ all-round and individual development,which shall make students prepare for social life,higher education and career development and lay the foundation for their lifelong development.”This shows that the integration of career planning education in Chinese teaching in senior high school is based on both practical needs and policy basis.Through the methods of literature research,investigation and experimental research,the author found that most senior high school students at this stage are in a state of understanding but not thorough about career planning,and on the other hand,they are aware of the importance of career planning,but lack of conscious training.At the same time,the cognitive differences between students are large,and most students are still ignorant,and they are often unclear about their career aspirations and career plans.The author carefully designed the Chinese classroom teaching link,fully integrated the career concept in Chinese classroom teaching,such as the teacher’s tutorial,introduction before class,classroom activities and homework after class,developed Chinese curriculum resources,and designed a variety of operable Chinese activities integrated with the career planning theory,so as to promote students to enhance their career planning concept and improve their career planning ability by changing teaching methods.This paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of integrating career planning into Chinese teaching,and puts forward feasible optimization measures while recording relevant classroom records.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that integrating career planning education into Chinese teaching is feasible but requires the cooperation of many parties such as schools and parents,hoping to provide the theoretical basis and practical experience that integrates career planning into high school Chinese classroom to Chinese teachers.
