Research On Problems Countermeasures Of Compulsory Education Of Left-Behind Children In Guanyun County,Lianyungang City

In the process of economic development,due to the large number of urban employment opportunities,many rural people will choose to look for jobs in the city.However,due to housing conditions,educational conditions,family economic conditions and other reasons,they can not take their children with them.They can only let these children stay in the countryside and become left behind children.According to the data of the Ministry of Civil Affairs,by the end of 2020,there are6436000 left behind children in China’s rural areas.The problem of compulsory education for these left behind children in rural areas needs to be solved urgently,so as to better promote the harmonious and stable development of society.Taking Guanyun County of Lianyungang City as the specific research object,this thesis studies the existing problems and countermeasures of compulsory education for rural left-behind children.Based on the definition of concepts and the overview of relevant theories,using the questionnaire survey,it finds that there are the following problems in compulsory education for rural left-behind children: first,the lack of moral education;Second,the learning atmosphere is poor;Third,mental health problems are prominent;Fourth,safety education is not guaranteed.Through field investigation and interview,it is found that the above problems are mainly caused by the backward development of rural schools,the serious tendency of exam-oriented education,the lagging moral education and the lagging government policies.To this end,the author from the government,society,family three aspects,put forward countermeasures and suggestions: first,increase the government investment,attention,promote education equity;Second,vigorously develop rural regional economy and improve rural security;Third,build social care service mechanism and participation platform.
