| Mental health is an important part of health and the basis of individual normal development.Early childhood is one of the most rapid stages of psychological growth in the course of life.Therefore,comprehensive and systematic mental health education should be provided for children,especially middle-class children.Based on the literature review,it can be found that the research results of the implementation status of children’s mental health education are quite abundant,but few researchers can start from the design activity program itself.At present,kindergartens in China rarely carry out systematic children’s mental health education activities.Therefore,this paper intends to make a comprehensive and detailed analysis and arrangement of the literature,policy documents and the contents of children’s mental health education and children’s mental health education activities talked about by preschool education managers through literature and interview methods,aiming to sort out the dimensions of children’s mental health education activities and the specific objectives and contents in each dimension,so as to provide a clearer reference for the design of children’s mental health education activities.Based on this,a systematic mental health education activity plan for middle-class children is designed.Secondly,through the experimental method and observation method,the education field experiment is carried out in the kindergarten.In this study,the ‘3-6-year-old children’s mental health questionnaire’ was used to collect the pre-test and post-test data.During the period,the ‘observation record table of children’s mental health education activities’ was used to record the children’s behavior performance to evaluate the effectiveness of the middle class children’s mental health education activity program.After the effectiveness of this activity plan is promoted,it can make up for the lack of kindergarten mental health education and improve the awareness of teachers and others on children’s mental health education;it is also conducive to the healthy growth of children’s physical and mental health,the formation of a sound personality and the harmonious coexistence of teachers and children.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Mental health education activity program for middle class children can effectively promote the good development of mental health of middle class children,and all dimensions have been significantly improved after educational experiments.2.The mental health education activity program for middle-class children can effectively promote the regulation of children’s emotions and wills and the development of good habits;3.The mental health development of middle class children is different in gender,and the mental health development of girls is better than that of boys;4.After the education experiment,the development of boys’ mental health is social > emotion and will >cognition > good habits;the development of girls’ mental health is sociality >cognition > emotion and will > good habits.In view of the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following Suggestions: 1.Pay attention to the creation of a good psychological environment in kindergartens-teachers and children work together to create;2.Improve the psychological literacy level of preschool education workers-pre-service and post-service training;3.Make full use of educational opportunities to strengthen the cultivation of children in the two dimensions of sociality and good habits;4.Pay attention to the gender differences in children’s mental health development,and pay more attention to the development of boys in the two dimensions of cognition and emotion and will. |
