At present,the construction of modern vocational education system is advancing steadily.Strengthing the construction of teachers is an important support force to achieve high-quality development of vocational education.School-based training of teachers in higher vacational colleges plays an important role in promoting professional development of teachers and promoting high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.The school-based training of teachers in higher vocational colleges has achieved great results,but there are still some problems that cannot be ignored.As an important theory in the field of contemporary adult learning,transformational learning theory involves critical reflection,rational dialogue and other core elements which provide a new perspective for the research of school-based teacher training.Based on the theory of transformation learning,the auther probes into the existing problems and causes of school-based training for teachers in higher vocational colleges,and then puts forward optimization countermeasures to improve the training effect.This study includes five parts.In the first part,illustrates the origin,significance,methods and ideas of the research,and focuses on the connotation and characteristics of school-based training.In the second part,the thesis mainly gives an overall overview of the theory of transformation learning,focusing on the analysis of the core elements of transformation learning,the conditions and stages of transformation learning,on this basis to explore the applicability of the theory of transformation learning to school-based training of teachers in higher vocational colleges.In the third part,questionnaire method and interview method are used to investigate the current situation of school-based training of teachers in higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the survey data,it is found that there are some problems in school-based training of teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as lack of in-depth training cognition,lack of rationality of training planning,lack of pertinence of training content,poor training effect and unsatisfactory application of training results.In the fourth part,explores the causes of the problems in school-based training of teachers in higher vacational colleges.Based on the survey results,the reasons mainly include the lack of advanced concept guidance in school-based training,the lack of overall planning and system design in school-based training,the lack of strong initiative of teachers in higher vacational colleges to participate in school-based training,and the lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism in school-based training.In the fifth part,combined with the relevant viewpoints of transformation learning theory and empirical investigation and analysis,puts forward the optimization countermeasures of school-based training of teachers in higher vacational colleges,so as to improve the training effect.First,grasp the positioning of “double division” and highlight the guidance of goals;Second,strengthen demand research,pay attention to the improvement of effect,strengthen the process control;Third,formative evaluation is introduced in the whole process to ensure the quality of trraining;Fourthly,formulate clear norms and guarantee mechanisms to provide strong support.
