| With the goal of building a lifelong learning society by 2035,the ability of individuals to learn independently has gradually become an important factor in their adaptation to the current social development. In this context, education,as a field that cultivates the talents needed by society, should also assume the function of cultivating students’ independent learning ability. As an important part of school education, cultivating students’ independent learning ability in physical education can help them form a lifelong awareness of physical education and has positive significance for promoting physical and mental health. At the same time, the Guideline for Teaching Physical Education Courses in National Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2003 opened the curtain of university physical education teaching reform with the concept of "three autonomy",and the teaching mode of "student-oriented" university physical education clubs entered the vision of university physical education course teaching reform in China. The "student-oriented" university sports club teaching model has entered the vision of the reform of university physical education curriculum in China. After more than ten years of exploration and development, the university sports club has become a form of teaching "physical education and health" course. However,a large number of studies and teaching practices show that there are many phenomena such as ambiguous course objectives, loose teaching organization and lack of evaluation mechanism in university sports clubs.Based on this, this study uses literature, questionnaires, experimental methods and mathematical statistics to reconstruct the curriculum structure of university sports clubs in a "three-stage" way based on Zimmerman’s theory of independent learning, and adopts a dynamic hierarchical organization to reorganize and optimize the club teaching. The aim is to develop students’ motor skills and improve their independent learning ability, and to build a new teaching model of university sports clubs with clear objectives, rigorous organization and reasonable evaluation.Based on the results of the experimental study of this model, the conclusions of the study are as follows.(1)The "three-stage" teaching mode built on the basis of independent learning theory follows the principles of operability and the law of motor skill formation;it meets the requirements of the five elements of theoretical foundation, mode objective, operation procedure, application strategy and teaching evaluation in the design of teaching mode;the three-stage teaching mode has the characteristics of distinct stages, mode cycle and focus, highlighting the goal of cultivating students’ independent learning ability in physical education,so that the university sports club has completed the transformation from organizational form to teaching mode.(2)The experiment of "three-stage" teaching mode shows that compared with the traditional teaching mode, this teaching mode can achieve the goal of developing students’ motor skills and physical quality, and has a good effect on cultivating students’ independent learning ability in physical education. |
