| The head teacher in primary school is the manager and builder of the class.The education concept and management ability of the head teacher in primary school are directly related to the quality of school education and play a mainstay role in schools.With the development of The Times,school education-oriented management concept of head teachers has been constantly developed and improved in practice,but each head teacher still has different problems in the practice of class management deduction.This study adopts qualitative research method,selects teacher L,a head teacher of E Primary School,as the research object,narrates typical events and management strategies in class management by way of story telling,and adopts literature review.Through interviews and other methods,primary data are collected,and in the process of reassembling fragments into stories,the class management activities of the head teacher are analyzed,so that the essential connotation contained in the event can be explained.This study by looking at a primary school teacher in charge teacher L transformation in the process of class management strategy,at first,as a novice teacher in charge,she seriously in accordance with the books on the theory of management,but the gap between ideal and reality bring her a lot of confusion,she is constantly sum up experience in the reflection.The experience for reference,the final awakening After the pipe first And put it into practice to achieve better management effect.This study reveals that the growth of head teachers is a dynamic process,novice head teachers from maladjustment to adaptation,and then to maturity,until becoming an excellent head teachers,this process needs continuous cultivation of management strategy of management before management reflects people-oriented management concept,emphasize the teacher in charge before the implementation of the management should understand the students first,to understand the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development,understand the student’s development needs,in the management of justice is fair to treat every student in the class atmosphere of democratic equality teachers respect each other,each other sincere communication,the teacher in charge lit up the children with wisdom of hope,love spread himself in each child’s heart.This strategy will enable teachers to deduce wonderful educational life and students to blossom the beauty of life.The deficiencies of this study are mainly manifested in the research methods,such as inadequate understanding and grasp of case studies and narrative studies,incomplete first-hand data collected,and incomplete analysis of the phenomenon,especially the promotion of the phenomenon to the theoretical level,which needs to be further studied.These deficiencies will be used as the starting point of follow-up research,and strive to find new research perspectives to explore. |
