Research On The Quality Evaluation And Improvement Path Of Population Urbanization In Kardze Prefecture

The Party and the state attach great importance to the issue of urbanization,and in essence,the issue of population urbanization comprehensively reflects regional economic development,social development,improvement of people’s livelihood,environmental protection and other issues.The Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Long-Range Goals for 2035 clearly states that urbanization with counties as an important carrier should be accelerated,and balanced development between urban levels will be a key issue to be solved in the future.Therefore,this paper takes Kardze Prefecture,an area with lagging population urbanization,as an example,to explore the basic characteristics and spatial distribution pattern of population urbanization,which is of great practical significance for improving the speed and quality of population urbanization in county areas and promoting the coordinated development of population and regional economy in ethnic areas.Based on the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and starting from the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on population urbanization,this paper uses quantitative analysis of entropy value and normative analysis to quantitatively study the characteristics and key issues of population urbanization development in Kardze Prefecture based on the panel data from 2010 to 2020,selects 12 consideration dimensions from the four levels of economic development,social development,people’s livelihood improvement and environmental protection,and uses entropy analysis method,index weight determination and comprehensive index model.The spatial pattern characteristics of the development quality of population urbanization in Kardze Prefecture were analyzed.The regional differences in population urbanization in Kardze Prefecture are significant,and the change trend of population urbanization development quality is closely related to regional social economy,forming a development pattern of "taking the lead in the east,rising in the south,and catching up in the north".The quality evaluation of population urbanization is divided into four aspects,and the impact of the four aspects on population urbanization is different.Among them,economic development is the core factor of population urbanization development,people’s livelihood improvement is an important driving factor,social development is the primary factor guiding the process of population urbanization,and environmental protection is the ultimate determinant of measuring the success or failure of population urbanization quality.Finally,based on the research results,a quality improvement path for population urbanization in Kardze Prefecture is proposed.
