China’s higher education has been popularized year after year to promote the rapid increase in the number of college graduates. In the face of the huge base, coupled with the epidemic and other factors, the employment pressure is rapidly increasing. In order to effectively solve the employment problems of students, integrated education is gradually implemented in colleges and universities across China, which can help students build a correct employment concept, help them find a suitable employment direction, develop vocational skills and improve their core competitiveness in employment. In the context of "employment difficulties",it is important to study the willingness and effect of students’ participation in integrated education to improve their employability and employment satisfaction. This study analyzes the current situation of the development of integrated education and students’ participation, and researches and studies the relevant theories and the current situation of domestic and foreign researches,so as to study and describe the factors influencing students’ continuous participation behavior and the effect of participation in integrated education.Based on this, suggestions are also made to help improve the effectiveness of students’ participation in integrated learning-vocational education.Specific research efforts are as follows.(1)To study the influencing factors of students’ continuous participation behavior in integrated school-vocational education.Based on the theoretical support from the literature review, the Fogg behavioral model was applied to divide the key factors driving students’ participation in integrated school-vocational education into three points: motivation to participate, ability to participate and trigger conditions,so as to gain a thorough understanding of the drivers of students’ sustained participation in integrated school-vocational education. The results show that motivation, ability and trigger conditions all positively influence students’ sustained engagement behavior and employment perceptions, and the relationship between these three and students’ sustained engagement behavior is influenced by the mediating effect of employment perceptions.(2)To investigate the influencing factors of students’ participation effect in integrated school-vocational education.Based on the five forces model of career, the student engagement effect is further refined. From the perspective of social support, three dimensions of support(information support, emotional support and behavioral support)were proposed to have significant effects on the participation effect of integrated school-vocational education. The results of the study show that the three dimensions of support have a positive effect on the participation effect, which is also moderated by whether it is a graduation grade or not.The purpose of this paper is to study the factors influencing students’ continuous participation behavior and the participation effect in integrated school-vocational education. The design of this study is conducive to improving the empirical research framework on the participation behavior and effect of school-vocational guidance, which can provide new ideas for college employment workers to carry out follow-up work and research on school-vocational education, and provide scientific theoretical support to optimize school-vocational education. It can help career workers to explore the real needs of students and implement more targeted talent cultivation measures.
