In the process of carrying out the rural revitalization strategy in China,there is an interactive coupling relationship between vocational education and the integrated development of rural three industries.With the transformation,upgrading and integration of industries,the development of economy and society has higher requirements for the compound and innovative talents,and vocational education also needs to constantly adjust the mode of schooling and talent training to meet the requirements of talents in the new era.Therefore,in the context of the urgent need for new industries,new elements,new technologies and new modes of integration of the three rural industries,vocational education plays an important role in promoting the development of rural industrial integration,which can help farmers integrate and develop land resource industries,promote the integration of rural industries and enhance the competitiveness of farmers’ regional economy.To this end,this paper adopts a theoretical and practical approach to study the current situation and causes of the integrated development of vocational education and the three rural industries in Hubei Province,and conducts an empirical study on the coupling and coordination between vocational education and the integrated development of the three rural industries in Hubei Province using the entropy value method and the gray correlation analysis method.However,the effect of secondary vocational education on the income of rural individuals is not good,the effect of secondary vocational education on different types of rural individuals is different,and the effect of secondary vocational education on rural economy has the distribution characteristics of "overall benign,heterogeneous benefits".Based on the findings of the empirical analysis,we propose policy recommendations to promote the development of vocational education and integration of three rural industries in Hubei Province,such as strengthening the construction of vocational education personnel,adjusting the strategic layout of vocational education,attaching importance to the docking of vocational education and the integration of three agricultural industries,and improving the linkage mechanism of vocational education and integration of three rural industries.
