Research On The Social Work Of The Elderly In Community Under The Vision Of Party Building Empowerment

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the Central Committee has mentioned the planning for the management and construction of grassroots communities in its discussion on the social governance system,and pointed out that we should promote the grand pattern of social co-governance and create a social environment for co-governance.In such an overall environment,we should give full play to the important role of party building in leading social governance,and clarify the relationship between government governance and social governance.The sixth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee first proposed the "guidance on social work",emphasizing "to meet the needs of a harmonious socialist society";in the overall plan of talent team,social work talents as one of the six categories of talents;the government work report in 2001 proposed "to strengthen the order of social management,vigorously promote the development of social welfare organizations,volunteer service organizations and charitable organizations",these fully reflect the party and the state to social governance attention.However,due to the lack of corresponding normative and operational guidance,the party building leading the community social work practice is still in the exploratory period.Moreover,in the aging degree of our population today,the future development of the elderly community will encounter more difficulties,they need to find a reasonable way to seek self-satisfaction and improve their own situation.Therefore,based on the theory of social work empowerment,using the field research method and investigation and research method,this paper selects the Shenzhen Z social work agency community elderly service project as the case study object,and creatively put forward the concept of "Party building empowerment",that is,the party building as the core focus,to improve the power of the community elderly care work in multiple ways.Through the community community empowerment under the direct and indirect obstacles,analysis Z social workers in community service project empowerment elderly residents,in the community party organization care and support,relying on the elderly volunteers federation party construction business to carry out the present situation,difficulties and cause analysis,summarizes the party leading community elderly service results and deficiencies,and based on practice,summarizes the party empowerment vision community methodology of senior social work.Research found: on the one hand,while the iron is hot also need itself hard,so the social work organization itself should adhere to the leadership of the party,establish standardization standardization characteristic of the grass-roots party branch,encourage party members social workers "bright identity","tree image","example",form the "flag-bearer" effect,improve the service efficiency of social work institutions and strengthen the innovation ability of social work.On the other hand,when using the party building to lead the community elderly social work,the resource integration and cooperation mechanism should be carried out under the guidance of the party building,with the community work as the leading community service,promote the quality of the community service,and promote the systematization of the party building work through the community work.
