Research On The Influence Of Figure Skipping On Pupils’ Physical Health And Interest In Sports Learning

In recent years,with the comprehensive promotion of quality education,the country has paid more and more attention to the comprehensive development of students,and school physical education has also ushered in important development opportunities.The physical health level of students is improving,but it still needs to be paid constant attention to.In addition,because school physical education adopts a single classroom teaching method,which is relatively simple,students also show the characteristics of loving sports but not willing to take physical education classes.Therefore,Through the exploration of teaching methods,promoting students’ interest in sports learning has also become an important problem to be solved in sports classroom teaching.Based on the above reasons,this research refers to a large number of relevant research materials,uses experimental methods to implement sports intervention,uses questionnaire survey to understand students’ psychological changes,and uses mathematical statistics to conduct statistical analysis of experimental data.At the same time,taking figure skipping as the starting point,through a 12-week teaching experiment,explores the impact of this sports method on the physical quality and sports learning interest of primary school students,It is expected to provide some reference for promoting students’ interest in sports learning and promoting students’ healthy development.The study took 100 students in Grade 5 of Chifeng No.2 National Experimental School in Chifeng,Inner Mongolia as the subjects,including 25 boys and girls in the control group and 25 boys and girls in the experimental group.After 12 weeks of teaching experiments.The results show:1)After the experiment,there was a significant difference(p<0.05)between the male and female students in the experimental group and the control group in terms of physical health,physiological functions,and physical fitness.In terms of body shape,the male and female students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05);2)After the experiment,the scores of male and female students in the experimental group in the dimensions of sports participation,positive interest,and attention to sports were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).In the dimension of negative interest,the scores of male and female students in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p>0.05).3)After the experiment,there was a significant difference(p<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in terms of physical health level and interest in sports learning.However,there was no significant difference(p>0.05)in interest in sports learning before and after the experiment.Research has shown that:1)Different teaching contents can promote students’ physical health level.After a12 week experiment,there were significant changes in various dimensions of physical health between the control group and the experimental group students.After the experiment,the students’ physical health level was significantly higher than before,except for the body shape indicators.This indicates that different physical education teaching contents can promote the improvement of students’ physical health level.2)The teaching of figure skipping rope has a more significant promoting effect on students’ physical health.The effect of 12 weeks of figure skipping is more significant among fifth grade students in primary school.The comparison results between groups after the experiment prove that compared to conventional physical education teaching,figure skipping can significantly improve students’ physical health level in terms of physiological function and physical fitness,and has a more significant promoting effect on students’ physical health.3)Figure skipping can promote students’ interest in sports learning.The 12 week pattern skipping exercise has a significant improvement effect on students’ interest in sports learning,while conventional physical education teaching has little impact on students’ interest in sports learning.Therefore,it can be concluded that using pattern skipping as teaching content in primary school physical education can significantly promote students’ interest in sports learning.
