Under the background of the rapid development of higher education,the scale of graduate students is growing,more and more people are studying higher education,and the demand for talents in this major is gradually increasing,so the employment pressure of graduate students in higher education is increasing day by day.How to improve the quality of postgraduate education in higher education and cultivate higher education professionals who can meet the needs of social and economic development and help realize their personal values has become a key concern of all training units.The training scheme of higher education postgraduates is a guiding and normative document to carry out the talent training of higher education postgraduates,which stipulates various standards for the training of higher education postgraduates.The scientific and reasonable training scheme will affect the teaching quality and training quality of higher education postgraduates.Therefore,it is very important to make a scientific and perfect training plan for postgraduate students in higher education.This study focuses on the training scheme of postgraduate students in higher education in X University.On the basis of clarifying the demands of China’s higher education policy,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the training scheme of postgraduate students in higher education in three universities at home and abroad,aiming at making suggestions for the optimization of the training scheme of postgraduate students in higher education in X University.The main contents are as follows:First of all,it expounds the research background of the optimization of the postgraduate training program in higher education from three aspects: improving the training quality,meeting the employment needs and adapting to the social needs.On this basis,it further expounds the research significance,research status,research ideas and research methods,and clarifies the key points,difficulties and innovations of this study.Secondly,it defines the concepts of higher education and higher education specialty,and the training scheme for postgraduate students of higher education,and expounds the three theoretical bases of Marxism,namely,the theory of all-round development of human beings,the law of internal and external relations of higher education and the theory of total quality management.Make clear the basis of the training plan,and discuss the policy demands of the training plan of higher education specialty from five dimensions: training objectives,curriculum,study years,training methods and evaluation.Thirdly,this paper compares and analyzes the training schemes of higher education postgraduates in three universities at home and abroad,and excavates the advantages of each university’s training scheme,so as to provide some reference for the subsequent improvement of the training scheme of higher education postgraduates in X University.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the training scheme of higher education master students in X University,which mainly includes five aspects: First,the orientation of training objectives is vague;Second,the curriculum content is unreasonable;Third,the arrangement of study years is not flexible;Fourth,the diversity of training methods is insufficient;Fifth,the evaluation system is not perfect.It also puts forward that the optimization of the training scheme for postgraduate students of higher education in X University mainly starts from five aspects: first,the orientation of training objectives is clear;The second is to promote the optimization of curriculum;The third is to enhance the flexibility of study years;Fourth,to realize diversified training methods;The fifth is to improve the evaluation system. |
