| Since the reform and opening up,the curriculum reform of secondary vocational schools has attracted more and more attention.As a core course of tourism major in secondary vocational school,the teaching effect of Catering Service and Management has a direct impact on the comprehensive quality of tourism major students in secondary vocational school.There are some problems in the traditional teaching model,such as teachers ignoring the teaching objective and paying too much attention to the final evaluation,and the teaching model has not formed a system.Boring indoctrination-style learning leads to students’ low learning efficiency,and the knowledge content they learn cannot be closely related to reality,which inevitably leads to the lack of training and establishment of self-comprehensive ability.The traditional teaching method can not meet the requirements of the training of secondary vocational talents in the new era.It needs to be further optimized and combined with the new teaching methods to cultivate the ability of secondary vocational students.Based on this,the reverse teaching method proposed a new thinking for the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools.The reverse teaching method emphasizes the key of goal setting in the teaching process,highlights the conceptual framework of curriculum standards,and contains the leading core knowledge points.Establish the evaluation evidence,improve the teaching process,so that teachers can better grasp and control the classroom teaching,so that the classroom teaching has flexibility.Compared with traditional teaching method,reverse teaching method also has greater advantages in promoting students’ advanced learning ability.It is of profound significance in helping students realize their learning objectives,achieve deeper understanding level,stimulate students’ learning potential and cultivate students’ ability.Under the guidance of behaviorism,humanism and constructivism,this paper combined with the current teaching situation of the course and made reference to the theoretical basis of reverse teaching to construct a reverse teaching model suitable for the course of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational schools.Then,it is applied in teaching practice.The course is carried out from three stages of reverse teaching: teaching objectives,teaching evaluation and teaching activities.Finally,two classes in a secondary vocational school in Changchun were divided into experimental group and control group for teaching practice.Through the development of teaching process table,student performance task evaluation scale,student questionnaire,front-line teacher interview and other four aspects of teaching practice effect qualitative and quantitative evaluation.The teaching practice results show that the reverse teaching method can promote the traditional classroom teaching,and the students’ ability performance in all aspects has been greatly improved.According to some understandings in the process of reverse teaching,the author summarizes the constructive suggestions on improving the traditional classroom teaching.It is hoped that the essence of the design concept of reverse teaching can be of some help to the secondary vocational classroom teaching. |
