Task-based learning method is widely used in the field of vocational education.The task-based learning method emphasizes the integration of the knowledge,skills and attitudes implied in the task in the meaningful task situation of the students by completing the tasks in the learning.This learning method not only enables students to acquire knowledge and skills in a narrow sense,but also helps them obtain ideas and methods to solve problems through the completion of tasks,so that students ' comprehensive ability can be developed.Catering Service and Management is a very practical course,which belongs to the core professional learning materials of the secondary vocational hotel management specialty.As a result of the continuous development of the tourism industry,the continuous upgrading of consumer demand,the fast renewal of repast knowledge,the traditional learning methods in the secondary vocational classroom learning can not adapt to the needs of development.Through interview investigation,the author finds some problems in the application of task-driven teaching method in classroom teaching of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational education,which promotes the research on the standard application of task-based learning method in the classroom learning of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational education to come into being.This thesis mainly studies how task-based learning method is applied in the course of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational education.It is divided into the following parts:The preface mainly introduces the origin of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods,the definition of the core concepts and the current research situation at home and abroad.The core concept introduces the tasks,the characteristics of task-driven teaching method,task type,task situation and task evaluation in detail,to improve the theoretical depth of this thesis.Different types of tasks use different solutions to lay the foundation for the later empirical research,and to clarify the research train of thought in this paper.The second part introduces the theoretical basis and influencing factors of the task-driven teaching method in detail,and lays the foundation for the theoretical basis and research direction of this thesis to provide ideas for the design of the questionnaire.The third part is the analysis of the application of task-based learning method in the classroom learning of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational education.In order to understand the present situation of the application of task-driven learning method in the course learning of Catering Service and Management,the author issued a large number of questionnaires and conducted research through interviews to obtain relevant data,analyzing the status of the application of task-driven learning methods in the secondary vocational Catering Service and Management.At the same time,the successful case analysis of the application of task-driven teaching method provides the basis for the research of this thesis.The fourth part is an empirical study of the task-driven teaching method in the course of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational education.This paper introduces the implementation process of the task-driven teaching method in detail designed by the author,and all the research in this thesis revolves around this flowchart.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the teaching materials of Catering Service and Management,this paper selects some contents of Catering Service and Management to carry out the teaching of task-driven teaching in Gao Xing Class 20(experimental Class),while the traditional teaching method is used in Gao Xing Class 21(control Class)to compare the teaching effect after two months of implementation.The effect of task-driven teaching method on the implementation of the course of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational education is obtained by issuing questionnaire and interview.The fifth part is based on the research of the previous parts.It analyzes the problems that arise in the implementation of the task-driven teaching method,and from the three aspects of teachers,students and schools to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the application of task-driven learning method in the course of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational education to improve the learning ability of teachers,so as to improve the classroom learning of secondary vocational education,eventually to completely improve the application level of task-based learning method in secondary vocational classroom learning.Based on the application research of task-based learning method under the theory of Action oriented instruction,this paper analyzes the application research of task-based learning method in the course learning of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational education,finding out the existing problems and putting forward corresponding suggestions,further perfecting the theory of Action oriented learning,improving the application status of task-based pedagogy,enriching the theory of modern vocational education.to provide a highlevel of dialogue platform For the "scientific research and rational practice" of vocational education,so that the practice of vocational education can achieve more abundant results and vocational education research continues to prosper.
