In 2020,the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era proposed that "we should improve the evaluation of vocational schools,strengthen the evaluation process,expand the participation of enterprises in the evaluation,make full use of modern information technology,and improve the scientific nature and objectivity of educational evaluation." Therefore,using educational informationization means to innovate evaluation methods is the key breakthrough of our secondary vocational teaching evaluation reform.Secondary vocational training teaching emphasizes that students learn by doing and pay attention to the phased training results of students."Catering Service and Management" is a core course of tourism service and management major in secondary vocational schools.The practical teaching of this course is an important link for students to form professional ability.By adopting the methods of questionnaire survey,interview,case study and action research,this paper distributed 151 questionnaires to students majoring in tourism in LY vocational secondary school in G City,conducted in-depth interviews with teachers of tourism courses and observed the classroom of catering training course,and found the following problems in the practical teaching of this course: Students’ learning evaluation lacks effective information feedback system.It is difficult for teachers to have an in-depth understanding of students’ individual skills.The standard of skill assessment lacks the participation of enterprises,and the traditional way of evaluation is not conducive to the vocational development of secondary vocational students.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the vocational ability of secondary vocational tourism students,in addition to the reform of teaching methods,innovation of an objective,reasonable and scientific evaluation method has become an important starting point.Electronic file evaluation,as the implementation carrier of information-based teaching evaluation,implements the concept of process evaluation,and can record the phased practical training results of secondary vocational school students in a true,comprehensive and dynamic way,which has an important role and practical significance for the reform of secondary vocational school teaching evaluation.Based on this,this study uses the evaluation method of electronic file to reform the evaluation method of the practical training course of secondary vocational tourism major.Based on the ability standard,on the basis of referring to the relevant theoretical achievements and practical experience of the evaluation of electronic file,combined with the characteristics of the practical teaching of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational school,the realization path of the evaluation technology of electronic file is analyzed.The Super Star Learning platform is selected as the implementation carrier of electronic file evaluation,and the electronic file evaluation system of "Catering Service and Management" course in secondary vocational schools is constructed from the three aspects of form design,content design and module design.In order to verify the application value of the constructed electronic file evaluation system in the practical teaching of "Catering Service and Management" course,this study takes the practical teaching of "Catering Service and Management" course as an example.Three typical projects of "tray walking","napkin folding flowers" and "ordering service" in the practical teaching of "Catering Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools were selected to carry out three rounds of action research.In each round of teaching practice,the implementation of electronic file evaluation in secondary vocational training teaching is constantly improved through classroom observation,analysis of students’ practical training works and interviews.Finally,through questionnaire survey,interview and communication,classroom observation,combined with the results of students’ skill competition,the results of the food service special skill evaluation scale measured before and after the practice class were compared.It was found that after the implementation of electronic file evaluation,the students’ special skill level and action motivation of "Food Service and Management" course were significantly improved.The validity of electronic file evaluation in the practical teaching of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational schools is verified.At the same time,it also provides certain guidance for similar courses of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools. |
