| Research travel,as a new educational model,is highly valued by the education industry in China.With the continuous promotion of curriculum reform and the transformation of educational concepts among educators,research and study travel activities with Chinese characteristics have gradually formed in combination with China’s national conditions.The "2016-2020 National Red Tourism Development Plan Outline" proposes to promote the integration of social practice activities of primary and secondary school students with red tourism;The "Work Plan for Implementing the Key Tasks of the Implementation Outline of Patriotic Education in the New Era" issued in June 2020 in primary and secondary schools guides students to deeply understand the historical,cultural,and social development of their hometowns,regions,and countries.Given the abundant red resources in Tonghua City,it is necessary to actively develop the red research and learning route.The goal of red education is to cultivate students’ life skills,collective concepts,innovative spirit,and practical abilities.It combines research-based learning with travel experience to create a new learning and life experience,which has a profound impact on the cultivation of red education in junior high school history and the cultivation of national sentiment and literacy.This study conducted a survey on red research in Tonghua City,with the intention of exploring the red resources in Tonghua and exerting them to a greater extent.Firstly,this article provides an overview of the theoretical content of the red study of history in junior high school through literature research.Secondly,organize the red related resources of Tonghua City as historical teaching materials,and reasonably introduce local red culture in the teaching process.Subsequently,based on the survey results of the red research situation in junior high schools in Tonghua City,the problems in red research in Tonghua City were summarized and specific implementation strategies were proposed.Finally,the significance of red research in Tonghua City is identified and reflected upon.This article summarizes the key issues in the implementation of historical red research in junior high schools in Tonghua City,points out the progress in the current practice of historical red research in junior high schools,and explores the influencing factors of the implementation of historical red research in junior high schools in Tonghua City.The goal of this study is to find the value of red resources belonging to Tonghua City and better utilize the educational function of red culture.It aims to encourage students to love their hometown,discover its history,and inspire enthusiasm for their hometown. |
