The college canteen is an important part of the school.It provides a place for students to have meals on campus,ensures students’ dining problems,and plays an important role in the stability of the school.However,for outsourced canteens in colleges and universities,we should not only ensure the public welfare of education,seek for the welfare of students,and provide basic living needs;We should also consider our own interests,maintain the operation of the canteen and ensure the income.Therefore,there are contradictions in the business process.At the same time,the change of college students’ eating consumption concept and the continuous development of online takeout platforms have also brought a certain impact to the outsourcing canteens on campus.Based on this,it is very necessary to study the satisfaction of the students in the school to the outsourcing canteen,analyze and summarize the factors affecting satisfaction and the improvement measures,so as to ensure the long-term stable development of the outsourcing canteen.This paper is based on the theories related to consumer behavior and service marketing,with the outsourcing canteen of QG University as the research object.At first,the paper introduces the background and significance of the research topic,expounds the relevant concepts,theories and domestic and foreign literature involved in the research,and then describes the basic situation of QG University and its students,It also analyzes the consumption behavior of students on campus and the factors that affect their consumption behavior.According to the characteristics of students in QG University,it designs a satisfaction questionnaire,and then uses SPSS software to collect and sort out all the collected data.According to the statistical results,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of student satisfaction in the outsourcing canteen of QG University from the three aspects of perceived environmental quality,perceived food quality and perceived service quality.Through the factor analysis method,calculate the satisfaction index of each factor and the overall satisfaction index,comprehensively evaluate the different dimensions and the overall satisfaction level of the outsourcing canteen of QG University,and finally compare the expected degree of each factor and the student satisfaction,and draw the difference between the two.Finally,from three aspects of improving the environmental quality of the canteen,improving the food quality of the canteen,and ensuring the service quality of the canteen,the paper puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the outsourcing canteen of QG University,and makes a detailed analysis and description of the problems such as improving the cultural atmosphere of the canteen,focusing on food safety,improving catering diversity,and improving the complaint exchange platform.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference and reference for the improvement of the outsourcing canteen of QG University.
