Vocational education aims to cultivate practical skills-based talents,and the curriculum system of vocational education focuses on the cultivation of job ability,combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills.Teachers need to combine students’ basic knowledge,professional skills,professional qualities,etc.,so that students can improve their professional qualities while learning professional knowledge.Traditional education mostly stays in the state of passive learning by teachers,and students are in a passive learning state.How to improve secondary vocational teaching methods and increase students’ classroom participation rate is a hot issue in vocational education reform.In view of the above problems,this paper takes "Marketing Planning" course as an example to carry out research on the application of project-based teaching method in secondary vocational school curriculum.First of all,starting from the research background and significance,this study studied the literature review at home and abroad,and determined the research content,ideas and methods.In addition,related concepts and theoretical basis of project teaching method are sorted out to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research.Then,a follow-up survey was carried out on the course "Marketing Planning" in the marketing major of XX secondary vocational school.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,problems were found in the course,such as imperfect teaching content,passive teaching method,single teaching method,lack of teacher-student interaction and backward evaluation method.Then,it discusses the feasibility of using project-based teaching method in the course of "Marketing Planning" and the design principle and process of the course of "Marketing Planning".In this study,two classes of marketing major were selected as the experimental group and the control group,and the project-based teaching method was applied in the Marketing Planning class of secondary vocational schools.After a semester of teaching practice,through the comparison of students’ grades,classroom behavior and questionnaire survey,it is found that the project teaching method not only stimulates students’ learning enthusiasm and improves their grades,but also facilitates the harmony of teacher-student relationship.And to summarize the main content of this article,analysis is insufficient,raises the development direction of next step.The research results show that it is feasible to apply project-based teaching method to marketing planning class in secondary vocational schools.This method can effectively improve students’ grades,increase teacher-student interaction in class,and effectively improve students’ self-learning ability,learning interest,teamwork and problem analysis ability.
