| The development of students’ oral communication literacy and competence is not only a need of the times,but also a requirement of the Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education for the training of the new generation.At a time when information and technology are developing at a rapid pace,students need to develop comprehensively in order to contribute to the socialist construction of the country,and the development of students’ oral communication literacy and competence is inseparably linked to their overall development.Oral communication teaching promotes the development and use of language,which is the basis of the core literacy of the language curriculum.The use of language develops students’ thinking skills,improves their aesthetic ability and awareness,and promotes their identification with and confidence in Chinese culture,thus enabling them to achieve all-round development.In the current teaching of oral communication in the middle section of primary school language,there are still many shortcomings in the teaching of oral communication in the middle section due to various factors.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the current situation of oral communication teaching in the middle section of primary school language,and on the basis of this,to identify problems,find out the causes,and then construct strategies to improve teaching.This study starts from the teaching awareness,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation of oral communication teaching in the middle section of primary school language.Through the questionnaire method and interview method,The study investigates the language teachers in the middle section of primary school language and combine with the classroom observation method to observe and record the oral communication classroom in the middle section of primary school language,so as to understand the current situation of oral communication teaching in the middle section of primary school language.The study shows that the problems of oral communication teaching in the middle section of primary school language include insufficient awareness of oral communication teaching,vague objectives of oral communication teaching,relatively single content of oral communication teaching,inflexible methods of oral communication teaching,inappropriate implementation of oral communication teaching,and biased evaluation of oral communication teaching.Further analysis reveals that the influence of the concept of teaching to the test,the lack of in-depth study of the standards,the lack of awareness of content development,the lack of ability to create situations,the neglect of the specificity of oral communication teaching,and the lack of effective assessment guidance are the main reasons for the problems.Based on the problems and causes of oral communication teaching in the middle section of primary school language,corresponding teaching strategies are constructed to improve and optimise teaching,mainly including strategies for updating teaching concepts,clarifying teaching objectives,expanding teaching contents,diversifying teaching methods,optimising teaching implementation and diversifying teaching evaluation. |
