Research On The Construction Of Modern Industrial College In Private Undergraduate Colleges

With the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and the rapid development of economic society,the contradiction between talent supply and market demand is becoming increasingly prominent.The cultivation of applied talents cannot keep pace with economic development,and the ability of colleges and universities to serve local economic and social development is declining.As an important part of the higher education in our country,private undergraduate colleges have homogeneous talent training objectives and formalistic tendency in the cultivation of applied talents,which restrict the modernization of higher education and the sustainable development of economy and society.As a new form of integration of production and education,the construction of modern industrial college is an important path for the reform and innovation of private undergraduate colleges in our country,an inevitable choice for training applied talents and an effective measure for promoting the sustainable development of local economy and society.At present,private undergraduate colleges in China have successively cooperated with representative enterprises to build modern industrial colleges in order to improve the quality of application-oriented personnel training and enhance the university’s ability to serve local economic construction.However,due to the limitation of various factors such as the lack of sound policies and regulations,the lack of main consciousness of enterprises and the weakness of schools themselves,the construction of modern industrial colleges in private undergraduate universities is difficult.In this context,the construction of modern industrial colleges in private undergraduate colleges requires many stakeholders,such as schools,cooperative enterprises,government and industry associations,to take talent training as the core,coordinate and cooperate as the bridge,explore the balance of interests,establish a cooperative mode of joint construction and governance,achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation,and then promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of private undergraduate colleges,enterprises and local economy and society.This paper takes the promotion of the construction of modern industrial colleges in private undergraduate colleges as the research theme,takes literature research,investigation research and case study as the main research methods,takes stakeholder theory,symbiosis theory and triple helix theory as the theoretical basis,takes M College as the specific case study,and starts with many stakeholders involved in modern industrial college.And then it investigates and analyzes the construction status of the modern industrial colleges of the case school,grasps the cooperative relationship between the government,universities,enterprises,industry associations and other stakeholders,summarizes all kinds of problems in the construction process of the modern industrial colleges of M College and analyzes the causes of the problems from multiple perspectives.Finally,based on the problems in the case school and the interest demands of all parties,this paper proposes targeted and applicable reform strategies including strengthening the overall planning and design,improving policies,regulations and external security system,optimizing internal governance system,innovating talent training mode,creating a specialized professional system,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and building an education platform for industry,university and research.It is expected to provide reference for the construction of modern industrial colleges in private undergraduate colleges.
