Fable is a very unique and influential literary genre,some of its best works have been compiled into the current unified Chinese textbooks of junior high school.The core quality of Chinese subject is the embodiment of the correct values,essential qualities and key abilities which are proposed by the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)as the curriculum objectives and required students to gradually form.Under the era background and policy requirements of the new curriculum standard vigorously advocating the core quality of Chinese subject,the teaching of allegory should,according to the relevant requirements of cultivating students’ core quality,more fully excavate the inherent teaching value of allegory works,more firmly improve the teaching effect of allegory text,and more successfully complete the fundamental task of cultivating moral and human beings in Chinese curriculum.In the present environment where the teaching of allegory is not perfect,it is of great value and significance to discuss this topic.This paper chooses the fables and related teaching methods in the Chinese textbooks of junior middle school as the research object.Based on the corresponding theories of education,teaching,philosophy,psychology and literature,and on the basis of absorbing the beneficial research results of predecessors,it adopts the concepts and methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and close reading of texts.This paper further discusses the subject of allegory teaching in junior middle school from the perspective of core accomplishment of Chinese subject.This paper sorts out the contents of allegory,the characteristics of allegory style,the teaching of allegory,the value of allegory teaching and the core quality of Chinese,and analyzes the relevant contents of allegory style in the unified compilation of junior high school Chinese textbooks,including the arrangement,distribution and arrangement characteristics of allegory works,and so on.Through the investigation of the current status of allegory teaching in junior high school,we know that the current allegory teaching has made some achievements,such as attaching importance to the interpretation and analysis of allegory language,attaching importance to the excavation of allegory allegory and so on,but also found some problems to be solved,including teachers favoritism,contempt for the teaching of allegory problems;The model is rigid and the teaching form is single;Unitary interpretation and insufficient classroom depth;Divorced from life,insufficient practice orientation and so on.In view of these existing problems,combining with some specific teaching contents,the paper tries to find an optimal path for the strategies and methods of fable teaching,and puts forward some feasible improvement measures,including close relationship between "speech" and "meaning";Adopt a variety of teaching methods;Explore the aesthetic feeling of allegory itself;Expand the deep connotation of allegory culture,and on this basis,select the focus on the core quality of Chinese allegory teaching cases for specific discussion.This paper is expected to provide some references for front-line teachers in allegorical teaching,so that they can further complete the task of allegorical teaching and better promote the comprehensive development of students’ core literacy of Chinese subject.
