At present,promoting the development of small-scale rural schools is a fundamental and key issue in the development of rural education in the new era.However,in recent years,due to the increasing advancement of China’s urbanization process and the increasing requirements for school education in rural areas,there are many problems in rural small-scale schools,such as the sharp decline of students and the shortage of teachers.In the case of insufficient foreign aid,solving the above problems directly refers to the driving force of school endogenous development.The stimulation of school endogenous motivation is an effective way to deal with the current school dilemma and promote the development of rural small-scale schools.Adopt the method of case study,this paper selected the F city of Fujian province is representative and typicality of H school as a case study object,based on interviews and research way of examining H school development course and current situation,found that H school through constant practice and explore the a on the basis of local resources and effective integration of external resources of endogenous development path.In this case,the school is in the dual network of education system and rural society.From the external environment,rural small-scale schools are facing a development crisis and need to change their development path.At the same time,relevant policies encourage and support rural small-scale schools to achieve endogenous development.From the perspective of internal force,subject identity plays a key role in promoting the generation of endogenous motivation in schools.It is under the comprehensive force of policy environment support,development needs and subject identification that H school generates endogenous impetus for its development.Then,this paper analyzes in detail the key factors affecting the operation of endogenous development motivation mechanism of H School from the dimensions of main body interests,cultural identity,mechanism promotion,element coordination and so on.H school actively controls the key factors affecting the endogenous development motivation mechanism.First,by stimulating the endogenous development motivation,it actively promotes the teacher’s subjective identity,so as to arouse the subjective role regression.Secondly,teachers’ group motivation is stimulated by constructing cultural field,professional development field,interpersonal relationship field and learning community.Third,through deepening the relationship between the school,the government and social organizations,to achieve effective coordination and fully stimulate the endogenous development power which is the core of improving the overall motivation of the school.To sum up,this paper further points out that in the process of school endogenous development practice,it is necessary to adhere to the main position of school development,pay attention to the key factors affecting the endogenous development dynamic mechanism,actively mobilize local resources,and realize the endogenous development of schools with the help of external forces.Therefore,by sorting out and analyzing the overall process and development experience of H school’s endogenous development,it can provide certain reference significance for accelerating the endogenous development process of small-scale rural schools of the same type in China and stimulating the endogenous power of schools.
