| As the main position of cultivating people,school guides the direction of people’s development.Educating people in junior middle schools in the stage of basic education is a systematic project integrating teaching,management and service.School management plays a very important role,so giving management the mission of educating people is an arduous task and heavy responsibility for the school administrative leadership and management.On the basis of sorting out the relevant literature on management and education and the current situation of management and education of No.7 middle school in Xuan Hua District,Zhang Jia kou,this paper makes an interview with the relevant leadership and management,as well as a questionnaire survey of 45 Teachers at different levels and 303 students in different grades,and makes an in-depth observation in the daily routine work of the school,For example,I participated in the regular administrative meetings of middle and senior leaders of the school and grade group meetings to understand the current situation of management education.In terms of management education system,management education environment,management education team,management education methods and other aspects,I analyzed the problems existing in management education of No.7 middle school in Xuan Hua District,Zhang Jia kou,and found out the reasons.Based on the concept of teacherstudent oriented and service,Put forward targeted improvement strategies.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research focus,difficulties and innovation,research ideas and methods.The second part is the definition of core concepts,theoretical basis and value orientation.The third part discusses the elements,principles and contents of management education in combination with the research needs and the research of scholars and various policy schemes,so as to provide support for the rationality of action research in the next step.The fourth part is the experience of management education and the following problems in management education of No.7 middle school in Xuan Hua District,Zhang Jia kou: the system and mechanism of management education are not perfect;The quality of management team education needs to be improved;The educational function of school management environment is not enough;The ways and methods of management education need to be innovated.And in view of the problems,combined with the school situation,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems.The fifth part puts forward the establishment of a management and education system in line with the requirements of the times;Improve the educational quality of the management team and give full play to the educational role of example and demonstration;Optimize the environment of construction management and education,and create an atmosphere of scientific and humanistic education;Proper use of management education methods to ensure its incentive function.The sixth part is the summary of the full text,based on the moral education environment,looking forward to the future. |
