| With the rapid development of the high-tech enterprises and the increasingly fierce market competition,the role of R&D personnel is becoming more and more important.In order to ensure the realization of the company’s strategic goals,how to stabilize the team of R&D personnel and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of R&D personnel has become an important issue in the performance management of high-tech enterprises.As a high-tech enterprise,LD company is faced with how to maintain the stability of the core R&D team,reduce the loss of core R&D personnel,improve the subjective initiative of R&D personnel and stimulate their potential.In this context,this paper takes the performance management system of LD company’s R&D department as the research object,conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current KPI-based R&D personnel performance management system of LD company,and finds existing problems and deficiencies through questionnaires and interviews.Based on the performance management concept of OKR,this paper constructs the performance management system of LD company’s R & D personnel.In the performance management cycle,we have comprehensively designed the stages of OKR formulation,OKR implementation,performance evaluation and review,established an effective performance evaluation feedback mechanism and applied performance evaluation results in various aspects,and established a series of safeguards to ensure The smooth implementation of the performance management system.Through this article,the optimization and research of LD company’s performance management system based on OKR is expected to serve as a reference for the establishment and improvement of the performance management system of R&D personnel based on OKR in other R&D companies in the same industry. |
