Research On The Coordinated Development Of Logistics Capacity And Efficiency In Henan Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is an important guiding work of the Central Document No.1.In the context of rural revitalization,logistics is an important connection hub connecting cities.The coordinated development of regional logistics capacity and logistics efficiency will play a role in the development of regional economy.great promotion.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the definitions of related concepts such as rural revitalization,logistics capacity and logistics efficiency,this paper uses factor analysis to analyze and measure the logistics capacity of Henan Province.The regional logistics efficiency is compared and analyzed,and then the regression analysis method is used to analyze the impact of the rural revitalization on the logistics capacity and logistics efficiency of Henan Province.On the basis of analyzing the logistics efficiency and logistics capacity in Henan Province,the coupled coordination model is used to quantitatively analyze the coordinated development of logistics capacity and logistics efficiency in Henan Province.Research on the logistics capacity of Henan Province shows that the overall logistics capacity of Henan Province is developing well,and the logistics capacity of most areas is growing steadily,but the overall logistics capacity of Henan Province is relatively weak,and the areas with strong logistics capacity are concentrated in the areas with convenient transportation,and the areas with lagging transportation development are common.Logistics capacity is low.In the context of rural revitalization,rural population and consumption can significantly and positively affect logistics capacity,rural income gap has a significant negative correlation with logistics capacity,rural information asymmetry has a significant negative correlation with logistics capacity,while rural investment has no effect on logistics capacity.The study of logistics efficiency in Henan Province found that the regional economic level,logistics emphasis,logistics transportation mileage and technology investment level have a significant positive impact on the slack variables in the efficiency research,which is not conducive to the improvement of logistics efficiency.In the context of rural revitalization,rural income and investment have a significant negative and positive impact on the comprehensive efficiency of logistics in Henan Province,respectively.Rural population and investment have a significant negative and positive impact on the pure technical efficiency of logistics in Henan Province,respectively.Rural income,consumption and Investment has significant negative,positive and positive effects on logistics scale efficiency in Henan Province,respectively.The research on the coordinated development of logistics capacity and efficiency in Henan Province shows that under the background of rural revitalization,the coordinated development of logistics capacity and logistics efficiency in Henan Province is in the primary coordination stage,the coordination degree value is low,and the overall decline trend.Finally,through the research on the logistics capacity and efficiency of Henan Province,the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures from two aspects of logistics development environment factors and rural revitalization factors.
