| With the deepening reform of the state-owned enterprises,enhancing the level of modern enterprise management and fully introducing market-oriented operation mechanism are urgently needed at present.In recent years,the Central Committee of CPC has put forward new requirements for speeding up the sound market operation and talent team construction in the construction industry.This paper takes the middle management staff of the headquarters of the construction organization as the study object,finds out the problems of the performance assessment system through investigation,combines the actual development of the company and the characteristics of the middle management staff,and formulates an operable optimization plan.A construction company is a multi-industry state-owned construction enterprise containing five major segments: building construction,property management,hotel management,real estate development and comprehensive market.With the increasingly fierce market competition and the deepening reform of the state-owned enterprises,how to raise the management level by optimizing the performance appraisal system is an urgent issue that the company needs to solve at present.This paper selects the middle management personnel in the headquarter of the organization as a powerful hand to improve the overall performance appraisal of the company,and discovers the problems of the performance appraisal system and analyzes the reasons of the issues by means of questionnaire investigation to find out the universal issues and in-depth interview to recognize the typical problems.There are some issues in the performance appraisal of middle-level managers in the headquarters of A Construction Company,such as simple performance appraisal process,unscientific performance appraisal methods,incomplete performance appraisal system,and insufficient application of appraisal results.Now,taking into account the actual development of the company,the performance appraisal plan of the middle management staff of the organization headquarters of the company is formulated in a targeted manner by adopting the key performance index method and the goal management method to optimize the performance appraisal index,using the weight factor method to optimize the weight of the appraisal index and the appraisal subject,optimizing the performance appraisal process and enhancing the application of the performance appraisal results.Formulate targeted performance appraisal plans suitable for the middle level management personnel of the company’s headquarters,and improve the performance appraisal level of the organization headquarters of A construction company continuously.Study on the performance appraisal system of middle management personnel in the headquarters of the construction company’s organs has greater practical significance for management.On the one hand,by continuously improving the performance evaluation system for middle-level managers and using scientific methods to improve the management level,it plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of the headquarters.On the other hand,the issues are universal,which existing in the performance evaluation of the middle-level managers in the headquarters of A Construction Company.The study in this article can provide some reference and guidance for similar issues in the headquarters of construction enterprises. |
