As we all know,the hotel industry is developing very rapidly in China,and the process of rapid development is exactly the test of the industry quality.For the hotel industry,the three years of the epidemic is an emergency brake,a challenge and an opportunity.It is imperative for each hotel to examine its own shortcomings,find solutions and implement them in order to occupy a favorable position in the current wave of economic recovery.Employees,as the main implementers of services,affect the experience and loyalty of guests,reputation and operating income of the hotel,etc.The quality of employees needs to attract the attention of individual hotels and even the entire industry.The comprehensive quality of hotel staff is uneven,and most of them are in the middle and low level.The knowledge reserve and skill level need to meet the post standard through training,and even perform better in the process of customer service.However,in fact,most of the training in the hotel is formal,and the circularity,scientificity and standardization need to be further improved.This thesis takes AG Hotel as the research object.First,it expounds the current situation of the training management work of the AG hotel.Through investigation,statistics and data analysis,there are obvious problems in the training management work of the hotel,including the unclear setting of training objectives,the few types and form of training courses,lacking management of departmental trainers and the incomplete evaluation and feedback system.After sorting out,the reasons for the above problems are that the hotel management’s training management awareness is not comprehensive,the training needs investigation and analysis are not in-depth,the training and human resources management system are disconnected,and the training effect evaluation and feedback mechanism are lack.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of AG Hotel,with the support of training needs and analysis theory,PDCA cycle,Koch’s four-level effect evaluation theory and adult learning theory,five major training management improvement measures are proposed,including building a learning organization with comprehensive training management,improving the scientific nature of the investigation and analysis of training needs,improving the pertinence of training plan setting,integrating the training and human resource management system and establishing the training effect evaluation and feedback mechanism.In the process,SPSS software is utilized to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,maintain a high degree of communication with the surveyed hotels,strive for the authenticity and effectiveness of the data source,and use specific cases to further explain how to conduct the training needs survey and analysis,and how the corresponding training courses are completed.Finally,it explains the need for organizations,systems,communication mechanisms and budgets to escort the improvement measures of training management proposed above.Based on the existing theoretical achievements and scientific methods,this thesis puts forward practical improvement measures for the training management of AG hotels,which is conducive to enhancing the post competence and cross-post knowledge of the hotel staff,improving the hotel competitiveness,and contributing to the sustainable development of the hotel,or will provide some reference for the improvement of other hotel training.
