| The intelligent transportation platform is a new and intelligent way of managing transportation,which is based on information technology and the Internet of Things.By monitoring and analyzing traffic conditions in real-time,it provides personalized travel advice and traffic information services to improve urban traffic congestion,enhance traffic safety,and reduce energy consumption.With the rapid development of the intelligent transportation platform,more and more cities are implementing related projects.However,due to its involvement in a wide range of fields,including Vehicle-to-Everything(V2X)communication,information security,policy,economics,and more,the project risk is also higher..In addition,the intelligent transportation platform is a long-term and complex project that requires development,testing,and deployment in multiple phases.Therefore,project risk evaluation is particularly important.By assessing project risks,potential problems can be identified and solved effectively,thus improving the success rate and reliability of the project.Therefore,this study will conduct a detailed risk evaluation of the intelligent transportation platform project.(1)By adopting methods such as brainstorming,questionnaire survey,and Delphi method,the relevant information of technology,business,policy,and laws of the intelligent transportation platform project was obtained and various risk factors were considered comprehensively to identify potential risk factors.Based on the identified risk factors,a risk indicator system for the intelligent transportation platform project was constructed.(2)Based on the constructed indicator system of the intelligent transportation system platform project,a risk assessment model is established.First,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is used to determine the degree of risk loss for the project.Then,the occurrence probability of risk factors is estimated using the Bayesian network method.Finally,according to the loss expectation theory,a risk assessment model for the intelligent transportation platform project is constructed,providing a model basis for the overall risk assessment of the project.(3)Taking the XX project as an example for the practical application of the risk assessment model,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method was first used to determine the risk loss level,and the Bayesian network was used to calculate the probability level of the risk.Finally,the overall evaluation level is determined by using the expected loss method.The calculated risk loss score for the project is 64.433,corresponding to a risk level of 2,and the risk probability is 0.52,with a risk level of 3.The overall risk evaluation value is 33.5052,belonging to the "low risk" category.The analysis of the project risk results shows that the results are consistent with the current project situation,thus verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the risk assessment model. |
