Research On Measurement, Identification And Guidance Strategy For County Urbanization In Central Region

In today’s world, economic globalization has become the general trend of the development of human society. Urbanization has become an important symbol for measuring a country’s economic and social comprehensive strength and the degree of civilization. A long time from now, new urbanization construction is a strategic fulcrum of full realization of modernization in China. This research selected the central area, which is an important and difficult area of China’s urbanization development; county, which is the most basic and comprehensive research unit; and measure identification of urbanization, which is the most basic research area. It according to Neo-Marxism city school’s space production theory, found that the investment level, positive results and cycling features of capital cycle has highly logical relationship with process feature, goal-oriented and identify areas of county urbanization in central area by interpreting the capital tripling circulation principle deeply. The size, speed, performance, prospects and carriers involved by "Capital cycling" can reflect the typical characteristics of county urbanization in central area. The driving force caused by "Capital cycling" point out the direction of county urbanization development in central area.Research build basic framework based on the capital tripling circulation principle, proposed "five force radar model" and "two dimension variable" recognition method of the measurement of county urbanization. It thinks under new urbanization background, county urbanization in middle area should apply the marketing main force developing model of "economic advocates, policy guarantees and social forces drives" through deeply interpretation of empirical objects. Research is divided into four major sections.The first part is about research summary, containing chapter1and chapter2. It analyzes the basic theory of domestic and international urbanization and the related research of urbanization in middle area. After systematically combing current urbanization measurement research methods, we found that the basic system of domestic and international urbanization is complete; the angles of empirical research are wide. But the theory of the study of urbanization measurement and the guidance of space countermeasure research are not enough. The existing measurements mostly focus only on the quantity, quality and velocity field. It is not paying enough attention to the future development potential.The second part is about theory construction, containing chapter3. Based on the analysis on the relevance between the capital tripling circulation principle and the county urbanization in central area, we found that there is a strong correlation between the level of investment of capital circulation and county urbanization progress characteristics in central area; positive results and goal-oriented; characteristics of circulation and the area of measurement. It is the basic theory of guiding the measure recognition of county urbanization in central area. At the same time,"new capital circulation" can be a very good guide to the county urbanization in central area which is well adapted to the development of new urbanization dynamic model and control measures.The third part are about measure method and feature recognition, containing chapter4and chapter5. Based on capital circulation features, we construct the index measure system of county urbanization covering quantity, velocity, quality, power and field. We proposed an index system application method based on a weight calculation of three standard degrees of improved analytic hierarchy process and the coordination degree measure algorithm in conjunction with the similarity to ideal solution. We derived2ways of expression, which are "five force radar model" and "two dimension variable" recognition method. Choosing Hubei province as an example in central area counties, picking the "five elements" as the breakthrough point, we carried out a general research on the province level and a typical county coordination degree measure, interpreted the typical characteristics of county urbanization in central area.The fourth part is about reconstruction mode and control strategy, containing chapter 6and chapter7. Through the deep interpretation of county urbanization in central area, returning to the "capital circulation" original appeal, we proposed that a capital circulation which is adapted to new urbanization should be rebuilt, which includes the economic rationality that highlighting micro and accumulating main bodies, service oriented government which runs efficient, and actively participate in social subject and social culture. New urbanization way in central area should be marketing main force urbanization developing model of economic advocates, policy guarantees and social forces drives. From several angles such as phase difference, type of difference and space difference, the research proposed a control scheme of main power model to provide a strategically support for guiding the county urbanization development in central area.
